Hello everybody,
Welcome.
I've been thinking the whole day what we are going to do and.
.
.
But I know I shouldn't be doing that.
I know I should just let it happen at the moment when we're going to start,
Because then it's the most powerful what will happen with all of us.
But my mind,
My ego always wants to maybe tell you something in advance or prepare,
But I know it's actually not necessary.
And this is something which I think we should teach everybody in the world that you should have the confidence to be able to focus inside and be able to connect to this inner source.
And that's wisdom we all have,
Everybody in this world,
But we have forgotten how to reach there and we're all trying to train our brain and yeah,
It's actually not necessary.
We should train people and children in school how to turn inward and make use of this very rich inner source.
So I'm advocating this.
You can either lie down on your back with your legs a little bit apart,
Your arms a little bit away from your body,
Palms facing up,
Your chin a little bit pulled inwards.
Or if you're sitting down,
Try to sit in easy pose or maybe on a chair with your feet making contact with the ground.
Relax your shoulders.
Also pull your chin a little bit inwards so the top of your head is nicely up.
Let's start with a few deep breaths.
You can breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth.
And one more time,
Breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth.
And then next time when you're breathing out,
Try to let go of all the negative energy,
Energy of other people you want to get rid of.
So just let it go,
Breathe in again.
Hold your breath for a few seconds and breathe out again.
And then you just bring your awareness to the top of your head,
To your crown center,
Crown chakra.
You don't have to do anything special.
Just leave your awareness there and observe what is happening.
And then bring your awareness towards your foreheads.
Try to relax all the muscles there.
Try to become aware of your third eye.
Then bring your awareness behind your third eye.
So inside your head,
In this empty space.
And really try to focus there on the inside of what is happening in your head.
Maybe you can feel your brain activity.
Maybe you become aware of your heartbeat.
And while you're doing that,
Maybe you notice this tiny shift.
And this shift means you're slowly going inward.
And you're no longer focused on your thinking,
On your brain,
On your mind.
It's like you're going already one level inside,
Lower,
Deeper.
Then just go down a little bit.
Relax your tongue.
Relax your jaw.
Just become aware of your entire head.
Become aware of your neck and your shoulders.
Then go down a little bit more towards your heart center,
Around your chest.
Maybe you want to bring your palms together in front of your heart.
Just feel this moment.
And appreciate that you took time out today for yourself to turn inward.
And even though we are living in really crazy times,
Difficult,
Sad times,
Is there something you are grateful for today?
Even if it's something very small.
What is coming up,
And please just mention that within yourself.
Maybe it's a beautiful conversation you had with one of your family members today.
Maybe you made a nice walk outside today.
Maybe you had some fun with your pets at home.
Maybe you baked something today which made you happy.
Maybe you received a beautiful compliment today.
It can be anything.
Just notice,
Just feel.
This also will raise your vibration and frequency together in doing this meditation.
It will give you even more happiness.
It will attract more positivity in your life.
Then while lying or while sitting,
Please also ask your spirit guides to join this evening or this morning,
Wherever you are,
At whatever time,
Doesn't matter.
Maybe you know who your spirit guides are,
Maybe you don't,
But maybe you are curious,
Then just ask them to join.
The more often you do it,
You will get some signs in your life and become aware of them.
Maybe you can also feel it again,
Their presence around you.
Just welcome them all to guide us,
To help us this evening during this session.
You can even ask the archangels to join us again.

We just think of the caduceus,
His symbol,
And he will bring green emerald energy in our area,
In our fields.
We will welcome Michael with his sword and blue energy.
We also welcome Gabriel with a chalice.
It's like a cup to drink from in silver,
That's his symbol,
Diamond white energy,
Fire.
We will also invite Uriel with the five pointed star and the red energy.
This is in the horizontal plane around us.
We also call in Metatron from above with the Christ grid.
These are like this grid,
You can see it like some kind of pyramids or cubicles which are turning around and this frame is now slowly coming down and also covering the area where you're sitting and protecting us and giving us an even nicer,
More deep experience today.
Maybe you can also feel it.
Finally we will also ask Sandelfun from the earth grid to join and then we will also have the beautiful energy of Mother Earth.
So from all sides we are protected,
We are getting energy,
We are getting help which enhances our experience this evening.
So now if you want you can just relax your arms again and bring your awareness towards your breath.
Just imagine you're somewhere near the beach,
Maybe it helps people who are image thinkers and when you breathe in imagine the sea going towards the beach and when you breathe out the sea is slowly going back into the ocean.
Just try to adjust your breath to the waves,
To the movement,
The sea,
The ocean.
You can enhance this feeling a little bit by making this sound of the sea and the way you do this is actually when you have your throat you close your throat just a little bit and then you are making this sound.
Just close your throat just a tiny little bit.
This is the sound of the ocean.
Maybe you're also aware that after breathing in there is a little rest,
Like one or two seconds where nothing is happening,
Like you wait,
A pause and then you go back,
You breathe out and before you breathe in there is also a little pause.
Try to make this rhythm.
It's just a little bit more Entrepreneur's nuts.
And then you can continue to breathe very slowly.
But you don't necessarily have to make the sound anymore.
And just observe again what is happening inside of you.
Maybe you notice that you're going even more inward.
Maybe it is nice to visualize yourself again in a circle that you're not lying or sitting alone.
And just visualize that you open your hands right and left.
And you visualize again somebody is holding your hands.
Let's try to make a light,
An energy chain,
A circle.
It's like we're creating a beautiful mandala.
We're making a beautiful shape,
Connecting.
And again you can send from your heart beautiful energy to the person on your left.
And what you can visualize is that beautiful energy from the cosmos is entering your crown center.
And it's going to your third eye and down along your throat chakra towards your heart center.
And then the energy is going from your heart to your left hand.
And from your heart also you're sending it to the person on your left.
And this energy will just flow through all our bodies.
And each person has a unique character,
A unique purpose on this planet.
And even if you're aware of it or if you're not aware of it,
Let's share our ambition,
Our love,
Our desires,
Everything.
And just send a little bit to the person on your left.
Let's help each other.
Let's give each other some beautiful energy,
Some inspiration to grow,
To fulfill your dreams,
To become stronger,
To know what you want and also to feel more connected with our planet.
I think this is so very important that together we help making more people aware that we should become more considerate,
Careful,
Loving to our planet,
To Mother Earth.
And by helping each other become stronger,
We share our light across all our own communities.
We can help defend the less fortunate,
Give the right examples,
Be real leaders.
And just also be ready to receive,
Open your heart.
And just let the beautiful energy which you're receiving flow through your veins,
Through your body,
Through your cells.
And this is what our soul also needs.
Maybe we need it even the most.
It's like being charged again.
And especially in these times when there is almost no physical contact or very limited and so many people need it.
But see what we can do by just being alone and still feeling so connected with so many people around the world.
And I'm 100% sure that many more people around the world are meditating now and our vibrations will be linked to them as well.
And this is how we create like a spider web all over the globe.
And maybe you can see that image.
Maybe we can also give some of our beautiful light and energy back to our planet.
Not only give it to the person on your left,
Which you visualize sitting in a big circle.
No,
Also give something to our earth,
To the planet.
Visualize or feel how you are doing this.
It's very important to return crystals to the to the waters,
Which your wishes communicated to them.
But also actions like these will be felt because we're all vibrations.
And I am 100% sure that the good will conquer the bad.
So let's influence everybody who is not at this level yet,
Who is not aware.
And help them also rise their frequency,
Their vibration in order to reconnect again and respect the beauty of our planet.
And just feel what's happening still,
How the beautiful energy is flowing through your body.
It's like my hands cannot go down,
They're floating in the air.
And also just keep breathing deeply towards your stomach.
And while this energy is still so very strong,
Maybe it's also good to send some of this energy to somebody who is in need of your help right now.
So just probably somebody has already come in front of your minds.
Somebody who needs a little bit more strength,
Maybe a better health.
Maybe this person is down or has lost his or her way,
Needs some support.
And also send some of your love and this beautiful strong energy to this or these persons.
Maybe just visualize that you're also holding that person or person's hands and they are becoming part of our circle.
And let's first give them some of our love and energy.
And let's restart this fire within them so that they're no longer lost or hurt or in pain.
Or you can even,
If you miss somebody who has passed away,
Ask that person,
That soul to join.
So that you can reconnect at this moment and send your love.
And this is also so important because so many people are losing friends,
Family members right now to this horrible disease.
And sometimes you just long to still have a little bit of contact.
Or just send your love and let them know that they are missed,
But that you cherish the memories you had with them.
And if you're sitting like this and you feel the energy,
It is again as if all the dimensions,
All the worlds are just one.
We are all just one.
Like this person hasn't even left the world,
This world,
The physical world.
And so still going very strong,
The energy.
Maybe you feel it,
Maybe you feel the connection with the people around you,
The people you've invited to join.
We're still creating this beautiful spider web of light all over the globe with so many people joining.
And connecting also to other people who are meditating.
It's like a strong force.
And then slowly let your arms go down.
And slowly the energy will become a little bit less.
Focus your awareness back on your breath,
On your breathing.
Maybe you can see the persons one more time in front of you who you've invited to come,
Who needed your help.
And we can thank everybody who joined us during this session.
And we have given so much of our own love,
Ambition,
Inspiration to everybody.
But we've also received so many beautiful ingredients,
Inspiration,
Ideas.
And maybe you will notice this in the coming days,
That you are more creative,
That your intuition is stronger,
That you're more likely to follow your inner compass instead of your mind.
That you maybe feel that your heart is more open.
This is all the result of this session.
This is what energy can do.
And you probably also have many people in your environment who don't believe anything of this,
But we've just experienced it and how cool was it.
And you probably still feel it,
That you're being uplifted.
It's so much positive energy.
It's like magic.
It gives so much happiness.
Maybe you feel the vibration really going through your body.
It's like really beautiful,
Strong energy.
And this is all created by us together.
So slowly,
Slowly the energy is going down.
It will slowly go away.
Let's be grateful to our spirit guides.
Maybe you learned a little bit more about your own spirit guides this evening,
Or your helpers.
Maybe you got a message,
Maybe you felt something.
But please take your time to come back into your body again.
Maybe you want to move your body a little bit,
Move your fingers,
Stretch yourself.
And I also really would like to thank the angels,
Archangels who helped us.
I'm 100% sure that their presence made our experience also more deeply.
I had such a beautiful vision of our planet with like a spider web of light around it.
