Hello and welcome to this Pride Self-Love Affirmative Meditation.
This meditation will have been released in June for Pride Month,
But can be listened to at any time.
This meditation is for those in the LGBTQ community as a way to increase your own self-love,
Especially during Pride Month.
I will repeat the affirmations three times.
You can follow along or you can just listen.
I recommend saying these affirmations in front of a mirror,
Either in the morning,
Before bed,
Or whenever you need a little pick-me-up.
Alrighty then,
