For the next few minutes we will be breathing along with a mantra that you can use on your own to help you face any fears you may have.
You will breathe in and then breathe out and affirm,
I release my fears,
My fears do not control me.
We will be going over this mantra a few times along with the breathing so you can make a practice out of it.
