Welcome to this healing meditation.

My name is Fanny Rakstege and I will guide you through this practice.

Come to lie or sit down comfortably in a place where you will not be disturbed,

Making sure notifications on your phone are off,

Closing off any excess light and then allowing yourself the space to fully settle in.

Closing down your eyes if that feels good.

After your next inhalation opening your mouth slightly to sigh out the air on your exhalation.

Repeat that as many times as feels good.

Unclenching the jaw,

Relaxing the muscles in your face.

Allowing yourself the space to land into your body.

Making the body heavier with every exhalation.

Allowing yourself to land deeper into yourself.

Giving in to gravity to allow yourself to be fully carried by the surface beneath you.

Feeling heavy,

Landing,

Being carried.

Now take a few deeper breaths.

Breathing all the way down into your belly with every inhalation.

Allowing the belly to be fully filled with air on every inhalation.

And then deflating again with every exhalation.

No force,

Just creating space for your breath to move freely into your belly.

Allowing yourself to take up space and continue doing that in the rhythm of your own breathing.

Fully into the belly and fully deflate.

Now returning to normal breathing.

Start scanning your body internally.

Gently placing your awareness on every body part to feel into its current state.

So just observe.

Maybe there's places that feel tense,

Constricted.

Maybe there's some blockage,

Descent or openness.

You need to judge all as well.

Just observe,

Scanning,

Experiencing.

Placing all of your awareness now on the center of your chest.

All of your focus towards the center of the chest.

Feeling into this space.

Just observe,

Experience.

Noticing if it's difficult to connect or easy.

Noticing if the energy feels heavy,

Light or maybe numb.

No judgment,

Just experiencing.

Maybe there's other sensations to notice too.

Like pulsing,

Tightening,

Constriction,

Maybe expansion.

Accept as it is now.

Not how you would like to feel.

Give it space.

Don't ask for it to change.

And witness.

Now visualizing a small white sun in the center of your chest.

The ball of the brightest white light is now in the center of your chest.

Just imagine.

Experience how the white light is so bright that it illuminates all of the tissue the light encompasses.

Moving its light through all of the cells,

Pulsing in white light.

Now for your next inhalation,

Envision this sun growing bigger,

Encompassing more tissue in your heart center.

So breathing in,

Expanding the light outward.

Making the sun bigger with every inhalation.

Continuing to make the white sun bigger with every inhalation,

Filling up more cells.

Keeping the sun the size it is now.

Start with every exhale to spread the light through the tissue that's within the sun.

So with every exhalation,

Spreading the light outward through the cells.

Feeling the light moving through all the cells within the sun with every exhalation.

Buzzing,

Lightning.

Welcome to your natural essence.

Staying in this light,

From this light,

Look at yourself.

If you would live all of your life from this light,

What does it look like?

Be this white light and experience your life.

What is different?

What do you see yourself doing?

How do you treat yourself?

How do you treat other people?

Maybe images come up,

Maybe feelings or memories.

Maybe you don't feel a lot,

It's difficult to connect.

All is well.

Breathe in all of this wisdom,

All of this light.

Drench yourself in it,

Making space.

Now start to make the sun smaller again.

Sun is becoming smaller and smaller.

Moving back towards your chest.

Smaller and then fully inhale this sun back into the center of your chest.

Remembering that the light is always present,

Even in the darkest of times.

Even if you can't find the switch.

Thinking yourself and then taking the time to slowly move back into the space you're sitting in.

Deepening your breathing,

Maybe stretching out or making other small movements to allow yourself to gradually move back.
