Find a comfortable position allowing your body to begin relaxing.
Gently closing your eyes and taking a slow deep breath in.
Hold it for a moment and now exhale letting go with any tension.
With each breath feel yourself sinking deeper,
Deeper into relaxation.
A gentle wave of calm moving from the top of your head down through your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your chest,
Your back,
All the way to your legs and to the tips of your toes.
Now notice how your body feels more relaxed,
Safe,
Secure and completely at least.
Let it go loose and limp and completely lazy.
Now imagine a gentle warm light flowing through your body with every breath.
Washing away any stress,
Any worries,
Any tension,
Leaving you feeling more calm,
Peaceful and ready to rest.
With each number I count from 10 to 1,
