Welcome to this meditation.
I'm so glad you're here.
Wherever you are right now,
Whether you're standing on a trail,
Sitting beneath a tree,
Or simply closing your eyes and letting your imagination carry you.
Know that this moment was made for you.
Today,
We come back to the heart.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
And let it go slowly through your mouth.
In again.
Breathing in.
And releasing.
Let your shoulders drop.
Let your jaw soften.
Let your hands relax,
Open and easy at your sides.
Or resting gently.
Wherever feels natural.
There is nowhere else you need to be right now.
Nothing you need to figure out.
Nothing you need to fix.
This breath.
This moment.
Guess.
Is enough.
Begin to notice your body.
If you're standing or walking.
Feel the ground beneath your feet.
The earth is solid.
It's steady.
It has been here long before you arrived.
And it will hold you completely right now in this moment.
If you're seated,
Feel the weight of your body supported by the earth,
By the roots beneath you,
By something ancient and still.
Take another slow breath in.
And as you exhale,
Imagine sending roots down through the soles of your feet.
Deep into the earth.
Through the soil,
Through the stone,
Through layers of ground that have held countless lives before yours.
You are rooted.
You are held.
You are safe.
Now bring your attention to your chest,
To the space behind the center of your ribcage.
Your heart.
Don't try to feel anything in particular.
Just.
.
.
Notice.
What is here?
What does the space feel like right now?
In this honest moment.
Is it open?
Tight?
Tinder?
Nom.
Quietly waiting.
Whatever you find,
Meet it with kindness.
You don't need to change it.
You only need to acknowledge it.
Place one hand over your heart if that feels right.
Feel the warm of your own hand against your chest.
Feel if you can.
The gentle rhythm of your heartbeat beneath it,
That steady,
Faithful pulse that has never once stopped showing up for you.
Your heart has been beating your whole life through every loss,
Every joy,
Every moment you thought you couldn't go on.
Every morning you woke up and tried again.
And never left you.
You Now I'd like to invite you on a journey.
If you are in a quiet place,
Let your eyes close completely.
If you're walking,
Soften your gaze.
Let it fall gently toward the ground ahead of you.
Unfocused and easy.
Either way,
Arrive here fully.
If you're already surrounded by trees.
Let the forest you are standing in become your forest.
Really feel it around you.
As if you were experiencing it for the very first time.
Fresh eyes.
An open heart.
And if you're imagining this from somewhere still,
Let a forest rise around you.
A real forest.
Ancient and alive.
The kind that feels like it has a heartbeat of its own.
Whether your forest is real or imagined,
It will meet you exactly where you are.
The light filters down through the canopy above you.
Soft and golden.
Broken into moving patterns on the ground at your feet.
You can feel the gentle shift between warm and cold.
And shade as you want.
The air here is different,
Cooler,
Cleaner.
Each breath you take carries the scent of earth and moss,
And something green and living that you can't quite name,
But your body recognizes.
Breathe it in Beneath your feet,
The ground is soft.
Layers of fallen leaves,
Rich soil,
Roots that weave just below the surface.
An invisible network connecting everything in this forest to everything else.
You are part of this network now.
As you are.
Slowly.
Without destination.
Notice the sounds around you.
The quiet movement of wind through the leaves above.
The occasional song of a bird.
Somewhere in the canopy.
The soil softened beneath each step,
Offering a gentle crunch in return.
This forest is not silent.
It is full of life.
And yet.
There's a deep stillness underneath all of it.
A stillness that holds everything together.
Find a place to stop.
Maybe it's the base of a great old tree.
It's dark,
Rough,
And textured.
Its roots spreading wide around you.
Maybe it's a small clearing where the light comes through more fully.
Maybe it's beside a stream you can hear but not yet see.
Wherever you are called.
Stop there.
This is your place.
In this forest.
On this day.
As you settle into this place,
Take one slow breath in.
And as you exhale,
Let everything you've been carrying today begin to soften.
Not forced.
Not be brushed.
Just.
.
.
A gentle Releasing.
Notice what's here.
The stillness underneath the sound,
The quiet that lives at the center of the forest.
And at the center of you.
Let the music beneath my voice carry you deeper.
You don't need to do anything with it.
Just breathe.
And receive.
As you breathe.
Imagine this frequency moving through you like light.
Entering with every inhale.
Spreading from your lungs into your chest,
Warming the space around your heart.
Breathe in.
And let the frequency in Breathe out and let everything that isn't serving you go.
Again,
Breathe in warm frequency.
Love.
Breathe out.
Tension.
On the list.
The weight of what you've been carrying.
And again.
I want to speak to something now.
Channeling.
With great care.
At some point in your life.
Maybe early.
Maybe later.
Your heart learn to protect itself.
I learned that feeling too much was dangerous.
That loving openly left you exposed.
That being fully seen carried the risk of being fully heard.
And so,
Quietly,
Without you even choosing it,
Your heart began to close.
Just a little at first.
And them more.
Over time.
Layer by layer.
Like rings inside a tree.
Each one a moment that taught you to be careful.
This was not a failure.
This was survival.
Your heart did what it needed to do.
It protected you.
Kept you safe enough to get here.
To this moment in this forest.
On this day.
But you are here now,
And something in you knows it's time.
Time to let the armor soften.
Time to let the walls come down.
Not all at once.
Not violently.
But gently.
The way a flower opens,
The way morning light arrives,
Gradually and then fully.
Place your hand over your heart once more.
And if it feels right,
Speak to your heart.
Silently.
In the privacy of your own chest.
Tell them.
I'm here.
I'm not going anywhere.
It's safe to open now.
Stay here with me.
As you breathe.
I'd like to move through something with you.
Five invitations for your heart.
Let each one land in its own time.
Will start with healing.
What in your heart is still tender?
What old wound has been waiting quietly?
For your attention.
You don't need to solve it today.
You only need to acknowledge it.
To look at it with the same compassion you would offer someone you deeply love.
Breathe into that tender place now.
And as you exhale,
Imagine warmth moving through it.
Not erasing the wound,
But holding it.
Honoring it.
Beginning.
Just beginning to heal him.
Now let's move to embodiment Your heart doesn't live only in your mind.
It lives in your body.
And the tightness in your throat when you hold back tears.
In the expansion in your chest when something moves you.
In the flutter of recognition when you encounter something true.
View your body now.
All of it.
The weight of it.
The warm of it.
The life moving through it with every breath.
This body is not separate from your heart.
It's your heart's home.
Breathe into your whole body now.
From the crown of your head.
All the way down to the soles of your feet.
Gently now we move into awakening.
There's a version of you that lives on the other side of a locked heart.
A version that loves without holding back.
That receives without guilt,
That gives without depletion,
That knows.
Deeply knows.
They are worthy of everything they desire.
That version of you is not far away.
They're not someone you need to become.
They are who you already are beneath the armor.
Let yourself feel them now.
Just for a moment.
Just a glimpse.
What does it feel like to be that version of you?
And from here,
We open into reconnection.
Feel the forest around you,
The trees that have stood for decades.
Some for centuries.
The roots beneath you intertwined and sharing everything they have with one another.
Nothing in this forest grows alone.
And neither do you.
The longing you feel for real connection,
For people who truly see you.
For love that feels safe.
That longing is not weakness,
It's wisdom.
It's your heart knowing what it needs.
Let yourself feel that longing now without pushing it away.
And then let yourself feel the possibility of it being met.
And finally,
We arrive at transformation.
Transformation doesn't always announce itself.
It doesn't always feel like a lightning bolt or a dramatic revelation.
Sometimes it feels like this.
A quiet moment in the forest.
A hand over your heart.
Of breath.
Released a little more fully than the last one.
You have already begun.
The fact that you are here.
That you chose this is evidence of a heart that is ready.
Ready to unlock.
Ready to open ready to transform.
Not into someone different.
But into more fully yourself.
Stay with me here.
In this forest.
Imagine that the center of your chest begins to glow.
Softly at first.
It's just a worm.
Like an ember.
With every breath in,
The warmth grows.
The globe expands.
Not burning.
Gentle.
Like the first light of dawn.
Spreading slowly across the sky.
Is your heart.
Beginning Oh,
I did it.
Let it.
As it opens,
You might feel things rising.
Old green.
Unexpected tenderness.
A love so big it almost frightens you.
Joy that has been waiting just behind a locked door.
Whatever comes.
Let it move through you.
You don't need to hold it.
You don't need to understand it.
Just let it move.
The forest around you holds this moment.
The trees,
The earth.
The light.
All of it.
Bearing witness to your opening.
You are not alone in this.
Across the world,
Right now,
Other hearts are opening alongside yours.
Other people who chose to stay.
As frequency.
In this moment.
To come back to themselves.
We are doing this together.
I'd like to offer you a few questions to sit with.
There are no right answers.
These are simply invitations to listen to what your heart already knows.
Take your time.
With each one.
What has your heart been trying to tell you?
That you haven't fully let yourself hear yet.
What would it feel like to love yourself?
Without condition.
For just one day.
You what becomes possible in your life when your heart is truly unlocked.
Let whatever came up simply be here with you.
You don't need to act on it today.
You only need to have heard it.
Slowly now,
Begin to find your way back.
Take one last look around this forest.
Your forest.
Notice everything you want to remember.
The quality of the light.
The smell of the air.
The feeling of being held by something ancient and alive.
You can return here whenever you need to.
This place exists inside you.
It always has.
Begin to feel the ground beneath your feet again.
The physical ground,
Where you actually are right now.
Feel the weight of your body.
The air on your skin.
The sounds of the world around you beginning to return.
Take a deep breath in the deepest breath of this entire practice.
And release it completely Wiggle your fingers,
Roll your shoulders gently.
If your eyes have been closed,
Let them blink open slowly,
Letting the light return in its own time.
Welcome back.
Whatever you felt today.
Whatever opened.
Whatever surfaced.
Whatever quietly shifted.
Honor it.
It happened for a reason.
Your heart allowed it for a reason.
This is what it means to come back to your own heart,
To sit with it,
To listen to it,
To give it the space it has always deserved.
This is the most radical thing you can do.
That is unlocking your heart.
I want you to carry something with you as you move into the rest of this day.
Your heart is not a problem to be solved.
It is not something to be managed or kept in check.
Is the most intelligent.
Most alike part of you.
And it's asking.
Channel.
Faithfully.
With so much patience.
To be a lot.
Today.
You answered.
I am so glad you were here.
I'll see you on the trail
