
What Is Unity? A Guide To Living In Presence

In this short talk, I share what unity really is — the way everything in creation naturally works together, and what happens to us when we fall out of it. I show you how unity lives in the simplest things around you, and why anything out of unity slips into unease. Then I guide you through a quiet moment to feel it for yourself: noticing your breath, sensing your body, and connecting with the life around you. My hope is that you leave feeling a little more whole, more present, and more alive.

Right now,
As you're looking at me.
Something happens between us.
We don't know each other and maybe we will never meet physically.
But when you look at me,
As I'm talking to you.
There is energy exchange established between us.
We are connected.
Everything works in unity in the whole creation.
Whatever is out of unity doesn't feel well.
If there is no unity between the mind and the body.
Between you and other person,
Between you and society.
Between society and the planet.
Everything goes wrong.
Unity is the way the whole creation operates.
Is the way the stars are talking to each other.
It's how the planet moves in the exact orbit around the sun.
Even a slight move and life is gone.
The same is all the particles of the atom circulating around the nucleus.
Giving life to all what we see.
Everything works in unity.
Look around you.
The fact that you can see me right now on your device is unity.
The fact that AI can give you in a split of a second so much information is unity.
The way your body operates in complete harmony is unity.
The way society is supposed to work.
Must be in unity.
Anything that works in unity is healthy.
Anything that works out of unity.
Is out of health,
Is in a dis-ease.
I want to invite you for a minute to check within you.
Do you feel in unity right now?
Just pay attention to the way you're breathing.
Do you feel that your breathing is coherent?
Do you feel that your breath moves deep into your body?
Nourishes your whole body,
Meaning breathing in unity.
Do you feel connected to your body with your awareness that in a split of a second you can feel each and every part of your body?
Take a minute and check for yourself.
And just for a minute.
Try to deepen your breath.
Even one second of awareness when you feel the whole body.
Makes the whole difference.
And now look around you.
If there's a plant around you.
A flower.
Or anything.
And try to be for one second in unity with that object.
Not to think about it.
To be with it,
To be with it,
Present from your heart.
And you can see immediately that when you are in unity,
You feel so much better.
This is the essence of all what I'm teaching.
How to come back to unity.
To unity between your mind and your body.
Your emotions and your body,
A unity between your inward being.
And life around you.
Unity between you and other people.
A unity between your spirit and your mind.
And the whole creation.
