Okay,
So.
.
.
Today,
At least that's what I'm aiming.
I never know where it's going to really roll into this meditation.
But my idea is to connect between awareness vibration and tension in the body.
So different layers that helps us to release tension and move into a very open space.
Because what I discover when I practice with myself is that the tension sits,
As we worked many times,
In layers in the body.
And what is so amazing is that when we get into a layer of tension,
We can see very clearly that that layer relates as well very,
Very strongly to the physical body.
So it's affecting the breath,
Which is physical.
It will touch different parts of our body that we might feel tension in the tissues there,
And it will touch our emotions,
Which means that a layer of tension is combining between physical,
Emotional,
And spiritual.
So it has a very deep significance.
If we can be there and allow that to soften,
Then we gain liberation on all these layers,
On all these levels very fast.
And because lately I'm connecting a lot to fascia,
And because it's a connective tissue wrapping the whole body,
It's obviously related very much to awareness.
And awareness is a connective tissue on an energy level that connects the whole creation.
So when we apply awareness,
Meaning the whole creation to our connective tissue,
We can release RM.
Organism on all level.
Okay,
Because we apply the spiritual aspect into the physical and emotional.
So let's connect inwards.
And let's see what we find when we connecting.
And then let's focus on the breath.
Without changing it,
Just observing the quality of the breathing.
And try to pay attention.
In details how it's functioning,
How it's moving in your body.
Is it spacious or is it a bit compressed?
When you inhale,
With shared tissues.
Are re-responding to the in-breath without forcing it.
But what's happening really in the body?
Assuming that we all experience probably more or less or less or more tension when we're focusing on the breath.
Let's investigate even deeper what's happening in the tissues.
Yeah,
Because normally when we breathe We're more focusing on the movement of the breath in the body.
Normally,
At least in my case,
I'm not focusing on the the state of the tissues surrounding Why there is tension?
Why there is not enough space for the breath to move through?
So let's pay attention to the outside more,
Meaning to the tissues.
Like enveloping the space where the breath is normally moving through.
Just be there and see.
What you're recognizing.
Because obviously there is some tension there.
Otherwise,
It will be completely,
Completely free.
Now,
If you're observing some tension,
Try to be wide in your perception.
And investigate that tension.
For example.
If I feel that The center of my torso is a bit higher.
Oppressive and doesn't allow the breath to expand.
So I'm taking it as a starting point to observe if there is a corresponding tension in other parts of the body relating to that.
Maybe it's not only where I'm paying attention,
If I pay close attention,
Maybe that tension is also spreading to the legs or to the head.
So try to explore from the center and see where it's moving to,
Or relationship of tension.
And see if you can recognize connections.
Maybe there are lines of tension running from.
.
.
The torso to your legs or.
.
.
Anything.
So slowly the body presents to you.
Connections.
What connects to what.
It can as well present emotions,
Because it's all linked together.
Emotions and tension.
And energy.
What's important in this process is that we don't think why.
We're just following,
Following what the body shows us.
Knowing that when we are aware energy continue to flow,
Continue to unfold,
Continue to relax and open.
So as we pay attention to the tension and to the connection of lines of tension along the body or areas of tension,
Normally,
There is also an effect of liberation,
Of opening,
Of more movement,
Deeper breath,
More widening.
So,
As that takes place.
Observe that as well,
What is the healthy expression of the body when it's breathing naturally.
And gradually,
As more spaces are opening up,
As if the breath can be expressed more freely.
Try also to investigate asking yourself,
Can I feel that the whole body is breathing?
Everywhere.
My toes are responding,
My fingers.
My scalp.
It's very,
Very subtle.
See if you can recognize.
How the body is breathing,
Or how the body responds to the breath.
As wide,
As more enjoyable.
Let's see if you can recognize a holistic view of the whole body.
Like dancing with the process of breath,
Of breathing.
And as we get a broader view,
Holistic view of the whole body,
Maybe it's even more clear to see now what moves and what doesn't move.
What responds and what feels a bit still stuck.
So we keep this holistic,
Global awareness of the whole body responding to the breath.
And we're including in this awareness the open area and the tense area.
Hopefully,
Gradually,
Everything will dance together.
See if you can gradually get a clarity of the movement of the tissues.
I mean there's a sense of the skin gliding over the connective tissue just below it.
Or any other awareness.
How the tissues responding to the breath.
What moves where and how?
As well,
Pay attention if you naturally including your whole body in your global awareness,
Like for me for example.
For some reason,
I don't know why,
The upper right chest shoulder are not included naturally in my global awareness.
So maybe for you also there is one part of your body that kind of,
You don't know why,
But it's left out.
This is very important to recognize.
Because there is a secret there So allow the secret area where there's probably some treasures hiding.
To be looked at.
To be included.
And invited to tell its story.
Why,
Why it's.
.
.
To decide why it's in the shadow.
I did talk to you.
And whatever comes from that part is more occulted.
We allow it to come,
We don't suppress,
We give space.
And this might open a story.
Not necessarily a story that we.
.
.
Can understand.
But the story that the body tells you.
That you can follow.
For example,
For me,
I feel now I'm more aware of this upper right side.
But I feel separation between the shoulders and the chest,
The shoulder,
The right shoulder and the chest,
As if there's a gap there.
Maybe for you it's in another place,
Or maybe you don't feel any of that.
It's perfect.
So what's for me in that gap?
What's for you?
Just pay attention.
And allow the story to unfold.
One area.
Teaches you about it and then leads you and guide you to another area.
Emotion can rise.
Tension suddenly manifests.
Who knows why?
It's all the body unfolding tension.
And forwarding information.
Stored deep inside it.
We allow this process to continue to take place.
But now we acknowledge it.
Their awareness.
That it's nice to feel that the whole body is harmonizing,
It's beautiful.
But it's also super important not to identify.
Is me and this body.
So the body going through its process.
We kind of emphasizing or affirming.
AWN SMI.
The emotions arising.
The tension arising and dissolving.
Our whole taking place in that infinite space of pure consciousness.
So,
Without ignoring the body and its process,
Let's say,
Add.
Expansion of awareness.
To infinity.
Not to infinity.
Infinity is not a place but it's an acknowledgement.
It's a state of being.
As you're inviting your mind to expand.
Boundlessly.
It's interesting to observe what's happening to that process.
Of the body and doing tension,
Softening,
Harmonizing.
How is it doing this when there is so much or infinite space around it?
Let's take time to observe.
And as we are so wide in our expansion,
Let's keep that expansion.
And let's invite the body to.
.
.
Undo tension into the expansion.
Let's invite the heart center to soften completely.
So we can feel that space of infinite love.
Without doing anything,
Just by inviting the heart center to.
Open completely.
Let's invite our third eye.
As well to expand and synchronize completely with that infinite consciousness which we are.
Let's invite our whole nervous system to synchronize as well.
With Source,
With the Infinite Consciousness,
We are.
Now when we're inviting the nervous system,
We can just say I'm inviting it,
That's cool.
Or we can connect to the tension that we might still feel.
Kind of a latent or background tension or nervousness that is felt throughout our body on a very low grade.
And without losing that sense of infinite consciousness which we are.
Inviting that tension to dissolve.
That tension in the nervous system.
Can be manifest.
As a layer all around your body.
As I explained in the beginning.
That they express.
In tissue tension.
And emotional attention.
It's affecting maybe the quality of your breathing.
So without collapsing your awareness into that tension,
Try to recognize its quality.
Which tissues.
It's affecting.
What is its form in the body?
All that you're doing while being infinite.
And then invite.
All this conglomeration of symptoms to soften into infinity.
Wonderful.
And the next step is to let go of the mind.
To drop the mine completely.
Because until now we used the mind.
To connect,
To release,
To observe.
But being has nothing to do with the mind.
It does not depend on the mind.
Being is Source.
From being everything arises and to being everything falls.
And let's say the material pure consciousness of being.
Is the essence of all that manifests.
Same as water.
Is what makes the waves,
The glaciers,
The clouds.
And the ocean.
Who we are is pure consciousness.
And that pure consciousness.
Is alive completely.
In form or without form.
And we know it because when we are just in being,
Not as somebody,
As the essence of all there is,
I know I am.
Beyond name,
Beyond form.
Beyond time,
Beyond space,
Beyond birth and beyond death.
And allow your whole system to dissolve into source.
That process of dissolvement.
Can happen more faster or more gradual.
Don't worry about it.
What's important is that your mind is completely surrendering.
It doesn't need to do anything anymore.
It's on vacation.
Brought you all the way here to this beautiful sense of peace.
And now we're going beyond the mind.
To know that you go in the right direction as you're kind of dissolving and retreating into no-thing.
You always,
If you have doubt,
You ask,
Am I still dual?
Meaning?
Is there still me observing something?
If the answer is yes,
You drop that observer.
If you're really deep in no thing,
You will not ask any question anymore.
But this is a process.
Give it time.
That sense of pure consciousness which you are.
Is beyond tension,
So it's not a condition to anything.
It's not that you need to be completely relaxed for that,
Although when you're relaxed it's much easier to perceive it,
To be it.
So it's completely unconditional to tension,
To form,
To no form.
It is all the time the background of all there is.
So don't limit.
Connecting to that state,
To I am tense or not tense.
Okay,
So just because we started with the breath.
.
.
And with the breathing process.
Without losing this beautiful infinite space of being.
Just observe the breaths more specifically.
Observe again maybe areas that earlier felt a bit locked.
Or separated or in anything,
Not in harmony.
It's a very strange feeling,
I must say,
That I cannot really recognize how my body is breathing because I don't feel my body.
Very strange.
So that state of pure consciousness,
This pure being,
Is our natural state,
But obviously most of the time we are not but as much as we are connecting to that state.
It become more natural and more part of our existence.
And of course,
On a daily basis there are many practices that can enhance getting closer to this state.
And making sure we're keeping our nervous system.
More or less balanced.
With gratitude.
With awareness.
By being conscious and active.
By eating in a way that is supportive to our body.
By resting and exercising.
Okay,
So all these processes that we're going through… is 24x7 really is not just this meditation.
Beautiful.
So,
Thank you so much for joining.
Have a beautiful day or evening wherever you are on this lovely planet.
Have a beautiful day.
