Uniting With The Spirit Of Christ

Blessing and welcome my friend.

Let's dedicate this meditation to unite with the Spirit of Christ.

So sit comfortably and let's start and connect to the breath.

Inhaling,

Visualizing that withdrawing the life force from heaven into our body and exhaling and releasing tension down to the breath.

Let's inhale with gratitude saying thank you in our mind and exhale with gratitude sending energy towards the earth saying thank you in our mind.

Just change the image now and visualize it we inhaling drawing the life force and the light and the love from heaven and earth allowing to join in the center of our chest.

Again we say thank you and now when we exhale let's visualize that we become so radiant infinitely radiant.

Now let's say evoke the quality of Christ consciousness.

This quality is not external.

It's actually inside us.

It's the quality of love.

It's the quality of infinite being.

It's the quality that allows our mind to expand and expand and expand allowing our heart to expand and expand full of love and light.

This is the quality of Christ consciousness.

When we're connecting to that quality we're connecting to the quality that Christ represented and expressed on planet earth.

This quality is living forever and when we evoking this quality within us we're immediately connecting to that quality of Christ consciousness.

So let's allow ourself to relax into that quality of light and love and infinite consciousness.

Every time we inhale we feel that that quality of love and light is coming nourishing and supporting each and every cell softening our emotions allowing ourselves to feel light and comfortable and really loved.

Every time we exhale we visualize that our light expands more and more and more and unites and vibrates together with the light of Christ.

Remember that nothing is outside your mind.

It's all about synchronization with qualities that are existing in you.

Christ quality is in you.

It's just a matter of softening and allowing yourself to vibrate in that quality.

So we continue to soften we continue to expand we continue to allow our heart to feel the love,

The love of Christ.

Let's soften our mind not needing to do anything.

Just allow yourself to pace.

Just allow yourself to bathe in that quality of Christ consciousness,

Love,

Light and infinite consciousness.

Feel that you are dissolving into those qualities.

You're dissolving into the love.

Each and every cell within you is shimmering with light and love and your mind is completely relaxed and completely surrendering into this beautiful beautiful energy of Christ consciousness.

Those qualities are available for you whenever you want and as much as you bathing in those qualities you feel much better and it will be easier for you to face the challenges as a human being.
