Let's start by paying attention how our body touches the floor,
The chair,
Wherever we are sitting or lying down.
Try to feel each and every part who is touching a physical space,
Your feet,
Your legs,
Your buttocks,
Your arms,
And then let's shift the awareness to the fact that we are being touched.
So,
Your face being touched by the air,
Your body by your clothing,
Then we go more settled and we feel that we are nourished by the energy of the Earth.
So,
There is a stream of energy moving into our body from the Earth to nourish,
And then there is softness,
Caressing energy that are flowing from the Heaven,
Very light,
Very blissful,
And like a very gentle waterfall is caressing the front,
The sides,
The back of the body.
And with that gentle movement from Heaven down to Earth,
It's also calming the mind.
And if possible,
Try to become aware in the same time of the energy of the Earth nourishing from below upwards,
And the energy of the Heaven caressing and nourishing from Heaven down to Earth.
You are witnessing the essence of creation.
You are witnessing the same energy that a tree is aware of or is made from,
A flower,
A fish,
A stone,
Or life on planet Earth experiencing this energy of Heaven and Earth interacting.
And now,
Another beauty of magic is the breath.
The breath is moving in and out.
Pay attention how it gives you life.
Just pay attention,
No need to say,
I am breathing.
It just happens naturally.
Try to become aware of the whole body as the breath moves in and out,
As if you're creating the space for the breath to fill because you're aware of your whole body,
So the breath knows where to go.
Again,
No need to breathe deep or to manipulate the breath.
Just with your awareness,
You're communicating with the whole body and with the breathing process in the same time.
Make sure that the breath energy is touching and nourishing all the distant parts,
Your toes,
Your fingers,
Your nose,
Your scalp,
Your hair,
Your eyes,
Your face.
And then let's widen our awareness outside the physical form to connect with the energy field surrounding the physical form.
And the magic continue to manifest because the breath will expand now outside the physical form because we created a new space,
A new dimension on which the breath and the energy are expanding to.
So,
Acknowledge the space around the body and feel that when you inhale this space,
Get enriched,
Get nourished,
Get expanded.
And when you exhale,
You just relax.
And now let's let go of the breath awareness and just stay aware of that space in the body and around the body.
And stay aware of its vibrational field,
Its liveliness.
Those vibrations that are in the body,
Around the body,
In fact,
They are in the whole creation,
The same vibration.
That vibration relates to our ability to sense,
To feel.
Are we perceiving it through that ability?
If you would like to perceive the vibration through the sense of seeing,
It'll appear as infinite pixels,
Like billions and billions of dots in front of the eyes that just jumping together.
It's how the sense of sight experience matter before form,
Matter before image.
Just play with it and see if you can perceive through the sense of sight that infinite dots when you think,
They become an image.
When you look,
It looks like an image,
But underneath it is vibration.
And in the sense of hearing,
The auditory sense again will give you the essence of vibration through that channel.
So,
Try to hear the vibration.
Again,
It's auditory pixels,
Something like this,
Difficult to explain,
Or we can call it the essential OM.
So,
Each sense each sense have its vibrational form before it has its manifestation as sound,
As image,
As tactile sensation.
And see if you can experience these three essential sensations in the same time.
Vibration,
Visual pixels,
And the hearing pixels or something like this,
Or OM.
If it doesn't go easy,
Straightforward,
Don't fight with it in any way,
Because just feeling the vibration is perfect.
Now,
Let's expand our awareness into the whole creation.
So,
Let's feel or allow ourselves to feel that the whole creation is our body,
Meaning that that vibration or those pixels or that OM is who you are.
And it's who you are because you feel it,
You know it.
It's not something you have to think about.
Okay,
And now we go next step.
It's beyond vibration,
Beyond the pixels of sight,
Beyond OM.
It's being,
Okay,
It's the space where all those things even in their essential form are manifesting.
In order to perceive that,
We have to drop the mind that is looking for those things.
So,
Now we are with no movement,
Mental movement.
We don't have any aim right now.
So,
The mind is completely let go.
So,
The being is unconditioned,
Is not through a sense,
Is not through nothing,
It's just easiness.
Okay,
And to that easiness state,
Let's invite parts of our system that maybe they're anxious,
Maybe they're vibrating without or outside of synchronicity with that.
But what's most important here is not to feel amazing,
Is to know the truth.
Because as long as we are in a physical form,
We're going to feel better or not so good in all aspects,
It's normal.
For that the truth is more important than how we're feeling right now.
Because the truth is forever and how we feel is momentary.
So,
Let's first feel the truth,
Be the truth and then harmonize with that.
So,
The truth is that everything is one energy.
So,
If you recognize within yourself some pain,
Some tension,
Stress in any form,
Physical,
Emotional,
Mental or energetical,
You're not that,
It's just a manifestation in this infinite field of creation.
You are the field,
You're not the manifestation.
To realize that,
You need to allow yourself to be everything.
The comfort and the discomfort,
The tension and the relaxation,
The good and the evil.
Because it's not you,
It's creation manifesting its infinite form.
So,
Before you harmonize your human form right now,
Let your awareness unite with souls.
Feel that you are everything,
Be that.
Be the pain,
Be the pleasure,
Be everything.
Again,
It's not a thought,
It's a direct experience.
Because those vibrations that we started connecting with,
They are in the pain and they are in the pleasure,
They are in everything.
Once you realize that you are those vibrations,
That you are all there is,
Then you stop resisting pain and seeking pleasure all the time.
You're just everything all the time.
So,
Allow yourself to be everything right now.
That everythingness,
Of course,
Is beyond identity.
It's not that I am this person,
Infinite.
There's no identity in everything.
It just is.
And you are that.
So,
Now in that everythingness being,
You can recognize parts that are not in harmony,
It's normal.
And let's call those parts to synchronize,
So we can get the full benefit of being infinity,
So we can feel amazing.
So,
First of all is to call our nervous system to synchronize with this everythingness.
The nervous system gets tight,
Gets anxious,
Because normally our mind is not in unity,
It's in a dual state.
So,
The system gets stressed.
When we're meditating and acknowledging again our infinity,
Then we can call the nervous system to harmonize back into its essence,
Their vibrational being.
So,
Before you do so,
Recognize the state of your nervous system.
We can call it anxiety,
We can call it nervousness,
We can call it vibrational imbalance,
Whatever you feel.
And just invite it to synchronize with the source which you are,
Which everything is.
And then just wait,
Holding your awareness on tension and infinity at the same time,
You feel how your system is softening.
The only,
Let's say,
Work in parentheses that you need to do,
Is just to allow your mind to become everything and acknowledge the tension at the same time.
And then it will synchronize and you're going to feel amazing,
More and more,
Blissful.
Now connect to your heart chakra,
And invite your heart chakra to synchronize,
The same as you did with your nervous system.
The heart chakra allows love to be present in your infinite being experience.
Then invite your pelvic floor to synchronize in the exact way,
With all the rest.
The last thing is to invite those who are friends,
Family,
Or anyone that you like,
To be present with you right now.
So,
They as well can benefit with this beautiful space that you are experiencing.
Because,
Like you balance your own nervous system,
By acknowledging another person from that place,
From that state,
You will harmonize their system.
Because it's not you,
It's the connection your awareness doing between all there is and tension.
So invite whoever you want to be in front of you and just share with them that state of being you're experiencing.

And then how can we keep that state?
Of course,
When we start to move in our day,
It will not be the same as we sitting motionless.
But the awareness of vibration which we started with,
As much as possible,
As we're going through a day,
Immediately will put us in connection with all there is.
Immediately will remind our mind that we are a vibrational being.
