Hi my friend,

Big welcome to you.

Let's talk about vibration and how vibration awareness can help us achieve a beautiful state of bliss and well-being.

Vibration is a common phenomena that we can feel in our body.

If you just check in,

Close your eyes for a minute,

You feel that your body vibrates.

Maybe you will not feel the whole body at one go,

Maybe only your fingers,

Your hands,

Your feet.

But if you pay a close attention,

You can feel that actually every part of the body vibrates.

When you just rest your awareness on that part,

You'll notice that it's vibrating.

Vibration is beautiful to feel but actually,

Let's say it's a low vibrational phenomena.

Everything vibrates in different level of vibration.

As you go deeper and deeper into meditation,

That vibration that you're feeling in your body will be lessened and lessened.

So actually,

When we feel completely balanced is when we don't feel the vibration anymore.

When you connect to vibration,

It's important to recognize it,

To be with it,

But not to be fixed on it.

But just to understand,

When you want to balance vibration,

You have to widen your awareness to a higher vibration and to create a sense of harmonization,

Synchronization.

Higher vibration you will not find in the body,

You find outside the body.

Because the creation vibrates in complete silence and our body vibrates in,

Let's say,

A lower vibration that is really felt.

So in order to connect to the vibration in the body and to harmonize it,

We need to widen our awareness and connect to the vibration that is outside the body,

In the creation,

And then make a process of synchronization between this beautiful softness that is all around us and the vibration that our body vibrates normally,

Which is not very comfortable.

Our body,

Our tissues,

Our cells are yearning to communicate with very high vibration,

Which is complete stillness.

But when we are not aware of the possibility of stillness around us,

We don't know that we can actually vibrate in a very higher or much higher vibration compared to the one we are vibrating normally.

In order to achieve a higher vibration,

First widen your awareness to the whole creation.

The mind is completely expandable and can move from very tight identity into infinite being.

When you widen your awareness to infinity,

You will connect to a very beautiful stillness that we can say it's a vibration in its higher or purest form.

Then you keep your awareness infinite and then you're connecting in the same time to vibration in the body and then you just let them harmonize,

Synchronize,

And then you're gonna feel that your body softens so beautifully and relaxes because it's harmonizing with the infinite vibration that is complete stillness.
