Okay.
We can start.
Always,
Always,
Always,
We have the opportunity to connect to the present moment and to feel the blessing of the present moment.
Always.
Yeah?
When we meditate,
It's like going to the gym.
We do it,
We train for this.
And as we're working in the gym and we become stronger or fitter,
We take it with us to the street.
And we take the training that we do in this organized meditation to the street,
To be streetwise,
Yeah,
To life.
And ideally,
It's not an effort.
It doesn't become an effort.
It's just become who we are.
And this is the idea that the thing that you pay attention and in a way you make some effort become your nature.
Not your second nature,
But become your nature.
I know it's not easy.
Normally,
For no one it's very easy because really what we're working with is with our mind that has a lot,
A lot of conditioning and a lot of identities and a lot of pre-existing information,
Data from this life and maybe for a million other lifetimes.
So,
We're dealing with a lot of force that we need to break through,
But we can do it.
Of course,
We can.
If we made it so far,
We can win.
We will win.
And the winning is every second that we're moving from the illusory mind into presence,
From the illusory mind into presence,
From the illusory thought that I am something else than just being pure presence,
That's our winning.
Every second that we are reaffirming the truth and the truth has nothing to do with nothing because it's just pure silence.
So,
It's way beyond any dogma,
Religion,
Any thought or stream of thoughts or any of that because it's beyond thought.
So,
That's what we're doing.
And normally,
When we meditate,
We go into silence because silence is really the background of existence.
Silence is nothing and normally,
We move as something,
In something.
And as we train more,
We are silence,
Although we are action as well.
And this is difficult,
Yeah?
But in all the teaching of yoga,
They're talking exactly about that,
How to be silence while action,
How to do nothing while doing whatever we do.
Okay?
So,
That's where we are.
So,
Let's train and we're training through peace.
Okay?
So,
It's normal that when we start meditation,
Our nervous system is still moving fast and maybe we don't feel peaceful.
But I always like to take this moment of the beginning of meditation to train how to be peaceful while we are not peaceful yet.
So,
Let's just connect to this very moment and try to find that place within us that is peaceful,
Although maybe we are all over the place.
Yeah?
It doesn't matter.
But let's find the peace within us that is beyond what seems to be maybe not peaceful,
Not nice,
Maybe painful,
Maybe emotional,
Whatever.
But let's train to be very,
Very aware of that place within us that is always peaceful,
Always.
It cannot be otherwise.
How do we find this?
Where is it?
Just take a minute and look for yourself.
This is super important because that's the only place that is always stable,
Always.
Okay?
And because we are not communicating here right now,
So I'll just share where I find it.
Maybe you find it in another place,
It doesn't matter.
What matters is that you know that this is the place.
This is the place,
This is your refuge.
That's the only place that you can always turn into no matter what happens outside or inside.
Okay?
So for me,
It's in the center of the chest.
Very simple.
But it's not just the center of the chest,
It's that point of union between the mind and the center of the chest.
Okay?
So let's just be there.
Yeah?
And try to be there and while being there,
Observe maybe the mess that is around,
The thoughts,
The emotion,
The body that is not very comfortable,
Whatever.
But try to be there and observe from there,
Outside,
As if you're sitting in the center of a tornado,
But you're so still inside.
Let's take a minute for that.
As you're doing that,
Pay attention to the forces that are pulling you away from that.
Pay attention to the movement in your body,
Especially in your mind,
That pulls you away from the center of your heart.
Pay attention and resist it.
Meaning,
Soften into the heart.
And then a thought comes,
Emotion comes,
Soften into your heart.
All the time,
Go back,
Go back,
Go back.
And slowly you feel that the resistance to move away is diminishing,
Is quieting.
Now,
It's very important to understand that when we're doing this,
It's not that I'm focusing within me.
It's really not that.
It's that I'm touching the truth or the source.
So,
We have to shift also identity when we do that.
We're touching a place that is like a portal.
It's not me within me.
If we are still me within me,
We are still in the ego,
Which separates its existence from everything.
So,
When we bring the awareness into the center of the heart,
We need to acknowledge that we're touching now,
All there is.
We're dissolving that ego that is so harsh and hard.
It's dissolving,
It's melting through the touch of the mind in the center of the heart.
It kind of melts and dissolves and dissolves and dissolves,
And it feels suddenly,
Ah,
I'm actually all there is.
Let's take time for that.
Now,
This process of transforming,
We are perceiving sensation,
We're perceiving sounds,
We can perceive images.
All that information that we're starting to perceive comes from our inner senses.
So,
As we're focusing in the center of the heart,
And we start to dissolve,
The experience of dissolving comes to us through,
Can be physical sensation,
Could be through colors,
The sun is starting to be more vivid,
Could be through just a sense of being that is more comfortable.
Okay?
So,
Just it's important to understand the process we're going through,
That as we kind of,
In a way,
Shutting the external portals of the senses,
We're starting to feel the internal portals of the senses.
Okay?
So,
Instead of feeling sensation through our skin,
We're feeling energy through our being.
Instead of seeing colors on the outside,
We are seeing colors in the inside or images or something that relates to the sight.
Instead of hearing sounds through our auditory sense,
We are hearing sounds through our energy auditory sense,
Internal listening.
Normally,
As we start to move inwards,
Deeper and deeper and deeper,
All the external senses transforming to be internal senses,
And we are,
Ideally,
Can perceive them ideally can perceive them in the same time.
The same time we perceive sensations of energy,
In the same time we can perceive colors or some kind of input that relates to our vision,
Internal vision.
The same time we can hear the inner sound of energy.
Whatever comes to you is perfect,
Don't make any effort,
But be open that all your inner senses are now completely open and available to perceive the energy of being through the senses.
The mind has to acknowledge infinity in this process of moving from the portal of the heart to infinity.
It needs to acknowledge its infinite nature.
And this infinite nature,
Through the inner senses,
Will be perceived as sensation,
Sights,
Sounds,
Or even sometimes you read in the yogic book about smell,
Inner sense of smell.
And a sense of being become more diffused and more connected with no-thing.
We can start to invite and synchronize between parts of us that are still maybe a bit coagulated,
A bit hard,
And parts that are already completely in unity with all there is.
Maybe your arms feel infinite,
But maybe your back feels tight.
Maybe your physical feel infinite,
But your heart chakra,
Your emotion feel maybe sad.
Maybe your heart chakra feels infinite,
But your mind is still tight.
Okay,
So first acknowledge the parts within you and around you that feels infinite,
Feels completely subtle,
And then invite those parts that are not yet that way to join,
To synchronize.
In the sensory perception there are different level of subtlety.
The sensation of vibration is the least subtle,
And the inner sound is the most subtle.
Okay,
So if you are connecting to infinity through vibration,
It's the time to move into sight.
Now,
When I say time to move,
Of course,
If you don't feel comfortable,
Stay where you are.
But if you want to experiment,
Go to sight.
What does it mean?
It means that you are now saying to yourself,
I am now perceiving energy through my sight.
You don't need to look at anything.
You just bring the awareness to the ability of what we call the eyes,
But here it's internal to see,
To see energy.
Then you're going to see.
Maybe some of you will see clear colors,
I see endless pixels,
Maybe some of you see other things,
Doesn't matter.
But what perceiving now is the sense of sight more than the sense of feeling.
And any sense will work exactly the same.
If we're working with the sense of sight,
Areas in the body or around the body that are more heavy,
Colors or images will be more dark,
And then further away from the body will be more light.
Yeah,
So like this we can diagnose and synchronize.
And like you can feel that you are everything,
You can see that you are everything,
It's the same,
Exactly.
So you see the energy of the whole creation,
Because this is you.
Okay,
And now we're shifting to a higher vibration,
To a higher level of consciousness.
Now we're shifting to a higher vibration,
Even more subtle.
This is the sense of sound.
So now we're hearing creation,
We're hearing it.
Again,
You don't need to do anything or to make any effort.
Now the perception comes through your ears,
But it's not external sound,
It's just the ears are transmitting the energy of creation.
You don't need to do anything,
Just say to yourself,
I'm perceiving energy through my ears.
That's all.
And you'll see for yourself,
You're going to perceive magic.
Be patient,
Yeah,
It'll come to you.
I'm hearing creation.
Now we're moving even more subtle,
So we're leaving all the senses behind.
And we're just being,
Yeah.
Now we don't perceive through,
Let's say,
A medium,
A sense medium.
Now we are,
Am,
Is.
I am,
That's all.
So the sense of being is also a sense,
It's called sense of being.
It's not sense of hearing,
A sense of being.
It's a sense.
So it's not the I am being,
It's being am I,
Yeah.
So it's the being is who you are,
Not you are being.
Yeah,
Meaning it's egoless being.
And to emphasize it even more,
We go to the most subtle,
Where it's when we drop the mind completely.
So here there is nothing,
We don't say anything,
We don't do anything,
We are no thing.
For that you have to drop your mind completely,
With zero movement.
In that state which we are,
Which is the most subtle,
Again there is a possibility that parts of us,
Parts of you,
Didn't catch up.
Others did,
But maybe some didn't,
That's no problem.
But you can invite those parts to synchronize completely with no thing,
Yeah,
With the truth of who you are,
Of what everything is,
Pure consciousness.
Beautiful.

Thank you this was a great guidance, hearing the infinite is still not possible for me, but sensing the energy and perceiving the light is stronger developed, and through my yoga practice it all gets further refined, thank you for your teachings, namaste 🙏✨
