The Last Barrier

There comes a point in the inner journey where only one thin veil remains between you and the direct recognition of the oneness of all existence. This final threshold cannot be crossed by holding onto the identity of a person — it reveals itself only when you stand as your true nature: infinite, boundless being. In this meditation, we will move beyond the stories, the separations, and the illusions that keep us small, allowing awareness to recognize itself fully. Through stillness and clarity, we will rest in the reality that there is no "you" and "everything else" — there is only the seamless wholeness of life. The last barrier dissolves when all concepts of self fall away, and what remains is pure presence, infinite light, and the living truth of unity.

Okay,

So yeah,

What I want to focus on actually there's always one thing,

Yeah?

We're just going from different angles but it's one thing and this one thing must be broken through,

Yeah?

We must break through that.

We must,

Or better saying,

Embrace it.

And that one thing is one thing,

Yeah?

It's the oneness of everything.

So it sounds obvious.

I hope it is obvious for everybody.

But it has to be embraced.

It has to be completely yours,

Completely,

Completely yours.

It can only be yours when you are not yours,

Yeah?

It cannot be yours as a person it can be yours when you realize your true self which is the self,

Yeah?

It's one self.

So everybody's talking about it.

I mean,

Every spiritual book you open,

This is basically what is it all about.

But we have to kind of understand the trick,

How to do it,

You know?

What is the trick,

You know?

And the trick might be different to each one of us and that's cool.

I can only share my tricks and if it works for you and in other arrangement,

If you can share your tricks,

Whatever works is great.

But most important is that we realize the truth and be the truth.

And again,

For me it's a trick,

Yeah?

It's an arrangement,

Okay?

Because the normal arrangement that all of us moving through the day is the arrangement of the ego first,

Not in a negative way,

But that's how we are built,

Yeah?

So first is the ego and then me and the world,

Me and spirituality,

Me and enlightenment.

But this exactly has to change completely because when you want to connect to that infinite light or infinite realm of being,

That me has to dissolve.

There's no more me,

No more.

That me-ness that all the time we're identifying as is actually dissolving into a sense of being,

Not as a person,

Just being as consciousness,

Yeah?

You still feel your body,

You can actually function in the world,

You can talk,

You can do everything,

But the position of the awareness is completely shifting from being ego-centered or person-centered to being infinity-centered,

You can say,

But it doesn't have identity,

Yeah?

As long as we are in the person,

In the ego person,

We have an identity,

I am me.

But when you turn it around,

There is no identity because the mind needs to be active in an ego form to have identity.

It cannot be infinite and have identity,

It's impossible,

Yeah?

It's a different arrangement completely of the mind because above the mind is awareness.

Awareness has no identity and awareness is the truth of who we are and the truth of everything is just pure consciousness,

Awareness,

Okay?

And underneath that it sees identity.

So let's focus on that as much as possible so we can experience it.

We all have a lot of wisdom that can be shared and your way can be,

You know,

The breakthrough for somebody else.

Okay,

So let's first of all just be here,

Meaning bring your awareness into your body.

But don't go straight into the default mode of identifying,

I am the body,

There is no need for that.

Just the awareness is aware of the body,

Of the breathing in the body or anything else.

And instead of focusing on the breath which is more physical phenomena,

Let's focus on the vibration which is a very light phenomena,

It's still phenomena but it's much lighter.

Just try to recognize that your body is vibrating,

It's actually alive,

Completely alive.

You might also see colors or images and whatever you're seeing or whatever you're feeling,

Try to aim at the wholeness.

So try to expand from feeling only one area of your body vibrating or colorful.

Try to expand your awareness and include the whole body.

Energy always follows awareness.

So when you are aware,

When you're acknowledging your whole body,

Then you're going to start to feel the whole body.

Okay,

We're still in the ego mode,

I'm feeling my body.

But that's the portal,

The way to enter.

And then let's move from feeling inside the body vibration to feeling outside the body vibration.

And see if you can allow the in,

In and out vibration to connect,

To mix completely.

So you feel slowly that you are in an ocean of vibration.

Remember that the awareness of vibration follows acknowledgement.

So if you're acknowledging the energy space around your body,

As a living space,

You start to feel it.

If you're acknowledging the whole creation as your living space,

You start to feel it.

Whatever you're acknowledging,

You start to feel.

Why?

Because you are everything.

So the truth of who you are is everything-ness.

Just by confusion,

We kind of crop,

We limited our existence into our shape.

But when you stop doing that,

Immediately you feel again that you are everything.

It's obvious.

So that shift from ego to infinity is actually straightforward.

It's not something super complicated,

Because you're coming home.

It's natural.

You're just stopping and cropping or separating,

Separating yourself from life,

From others.

You stop it.

You're just acknowledging that you are everything.

Not you as the person,

You as being,

You as vibration.

You are the whole creation vibrating together.

There's no contradiction in feeling still the body,

Or even if you don't feel well right now,

Emotion,

Physically,

Or anything,

There's no contradiction between being the whole creation and not feeling well.

Because not feeling well is part of the creation,

Like the waves in the ocean.

Many,

Many waves.

But as much as your awareness identifying,

Acknowledging infinity,

Then that acknowledgement will call the imbalance to synchronize.

Good.

So as we're keeping this infinite awareness,

Pure consciousness awareness,

Try to recognize which part of your brain is in charge of that connection.

Which part of your brain allows you to be aware of the whole creation?

Now,

Underneath of that expansion of that part of your brain into the whole creation,

You might find tension.

So let's work with this tension.

And the first place where emotional tension residing is in the heart chakra.

So let's just invite the tension in the heart chakra to synchronize and relax into that infinite light,

Which we are.

After we call the heart chakra to synchronize,

Let's call the nervous system to synchronize as well with that infinite being,

Which all there is.

First of all,

Try to recognize the nervous system.

You know,

Maybe just a general feeling of some nervousness,

Maybe stronger as anxiety.

And try to recognize it all over your body,

Not only where it's focused,

Focalized.

Try to recognize it as a sensation that is all over.

As clear as you are about where it's manifesting,

It will transform and soften and harmonize faster.

And once you're clear on its pattern,

Where it is and how it is,

Then offer it to infinity to synchronize.

When we say we offer,

Yeah,

You are outside and you're inside at the same time.

So let's not get confused again.

You are the whole creation calling part of you to harmonize with your infinite being.

Okay,

And now let's scan and maybe there's still some leftover of other areas of tension.

And if you meditate for a while,

You know for yourself where does your body holds tension habitually.

So you can go straight there and invite those parts to harmonize.

And now be even more subtle,

Because even if you don't have any pronounced area of tension,

Any part of your physical form,

Your human form that you feel is not aligned with source.

Yeah,

When we are in complete harmony,

We don't feel the body really.

So just check if the area that you still feel different and no thing,

Then just pure energy,

Then just invite those areas to harmonize.

Obviously,

There's nothing wrong with feeling those parts or if it are not harmonized,

Because they're still part of everything.

It's just a nicer feeling and feel more blissful and relaxed and comfortable and healing.

So ideally,

Slowly you stop feeling even that part in the brain that is the body.

First connection with source,

Because your whole being is dissolving,

Is completely one.

And there is no difference between being a human and being everything.

It's one consciousness,

Infinite consciousness.

And now we can use the fact that we are together,

See,

Sisters and brothers on the spiritual path.

That we can support each other to raise vibration and to synchronize.

So let's visualize that we're forming that circle of the Sangha,

Of the spiritual community.

Without losing the connection with source,

That circle is just like another being.

Like we have many cells that compose a human form.

Now we have each other composing our spiritual community,

Sangha.

Like we're harmonizing ourselves,

We're harmonizing each other.

And we're harmonizing each other by being exactly the same,

Infinity itself.

And then the different cells,

Meaning our brothers and sisters,

If they are not feeling very well,

They will harmonize exactly like we did with different parts of a human form.

So let's take a minute and support each other.

We can always use the breath to feel that we are inhaling power and we exhaling power to each other.

But don't lose the connection that you are all there is.

Don't do it as a person,

Do it as infinity and harmonize parts of yourself,

Which is the community.

And for those who are listening to the recording,

It doesn't matter because it's beyond time and space.

So you're part of this circle,

Of course,

Receiving and giving the same quality of healing and support.

Also this circle,

Like the different parts of our personal body,

This circle will transform into pure light,

Still present,

But present as light.

When everybody,

Each member of this community feels amazing,

Feel blissful,

Feel united.

So let's take time to support each other,

To harmonize.

And then you're most welcome to invite others that you know that they are in need to support,

To be supported right now.

Invite them to the circle,

Because they are part of our being as well.

Yeah,

We all,

The whole creation is one organism.

And anyone of that organism that doesn't feel well,

It's affecting everybody.

Okay,

And then before we finish this meditation,

Let's take a minute to prepare.

So we ask ourselves,

Okay,

So how can I take it with me when I move out of the sitting meditation into moving,

Doing,

Going,

Talking,

Living?

So try to arrange it within yourself.

What can you hold?

What can you do?

What can you pay attention to?

Prepare yourself.

Okay,

So I can only share my,

The way I'm doing it,

But if you have other ways,

Of course,

If you share,

It'll be beautiful.

Or you don't share,

You just keep it to yourself,

Everything is cool.

So for me,

It's that place in the brain that I feel is the connection between my brain and the whole creation.

That place is first acknowledged,

And then it's directed into the center of the chest.

And this unity,

Like you're bringing heaven to human,

And that immediately sets a connection like the meditation on the go.

So as much as we practice more,

This connection stays stronger and stronger,

And we don't need to make so much effort.

So like going to the gym,

It's important to practice.

Life.
