Hi my friend,
Big welcome.
Let's dedicate this meditation to relaxation and a sensation that everything is perfectly okay.
Make sure you're sitting or lying down comfortably and start to observe your breathing as it comes in and goes out And as you're observing the breath,
You also have to feel that you are nourished by the breath nourished.
The breathing is a process of healing that brings with it a lot of wellness,
Nourishment,
Love,
Support.
As you inhale,
You feel those qualities spreading in your body.
As you exhale,
You spread even more those qualities arriving with the breath,
Into your legs,
Your feet,
Your toes,
Your arms,
Your hands and fingers,
Your head,
Into the whole body.
Inhaling wellness,
Exhaling sending it all over.
Let's continue with the breath awareness and expand our awareness outside the body so we are aware that when we're inhaling,
We're inhaling from a very very wide space around us,
Enjoying the qualities of wellness,
Of support,
Of nourishment,
Of light,
Of healing,
Of love all those beautiful qualities are pulled with the breath into the body and when we exhale,
We send it everywhere,
Especially to areas that we might feel are a bit heavy and not comfortable.
With every in-breath,
I'm nourishing myself with so much wellness.
With every out-breath,
I'm directing those qualities all over the body.
Let's continue exactly the same,
But the only change we're going to add is that when we're exhaling,
We want to visualize that we're transforming into a beautiful light,
A beautiful sun.
So receiving so many blessings as we inhale and we're exhaling so much light and power and beauty as we exhale.
As much as you radiate more out,
You feel better in.
We continue with the breath awareness and the radiation to infinity and now as we inhale we want to really focus that I'm safe,
That I'm nourished,
That I'm supported by the earth supported by the heaven touches me very gently,
Supported by being warm and comfortable.
So as I breathe and relax and open,
I feel that life is positive,
Is supporting me.
Even just the fact that I receive air in every breath,
I receive oxygen,
I'm receiving the life force into my body.
It's an act of so much love,
So much support and care by life.
So as we're breathing consciously,
Let's add gratitude when we inhale and aware of all this blessing that we're receiving in the in-breath.
And gratitude when we exhale and share those blessings with the whole world.
In fact,
There is no really in and out.
As much as you are aware of the space around you and the space inside you and allow them to join,
You feel more protected and more comfortable.
Let's try that.
Just invite your inner and outer spaces to unite and that happens very beautifully when you inhale from infinity into the body and when you exhale from the body back to infinity.
So just allow yourself to feel that that exchange between in and out is actually an expression of love,
Support and unity.
Allow yourself to relax into that notion that I can relax in that sense that there is unity between inside and outside which gives me a beautiful sense of wellness,
Of being one with life,
Of being able to relax and soften.
