As you settle into this practice, pleasure reveals itself not as desire or longing, but as a gentle harmony running through your system. Okay,

We can start,

So blessing to everybody,

Thank you for coming,

And let's start by paying attention how the breath moves in and goes out,

And try to bring your awareness to your pelvic floor,

And direct the breath to touch gently the pelvic floor.

When you exhale,

You're inviting the energy generated in the pelvic floor to flow back up towards the crown,

Towards the heaven.

So,

Through this breathing,

We're harmonizing and we're activating the connection between heaven and earth through our central channel.

Let's inhale with the image that we're drawing the breath from infinity through the crown chakra,

Down the whole center of the body,

Reaching the pelvic floor,

And inviting the pelvic floor to open up,

To activate,

To relax,

To soften.

Pelvic floor,

Meaning perineal muscle,

Meaning the anus,

The genitals,

The buttocks,

All that area is relaxing as we inhale to that area,

Is opening,

Is widening,

Is warming,

Is softening,

And by it generating life when we exhale,

That life force that actually comes from the earth through the pelvic floor,

Then it moves up the body,

Nourishes the whole body,

And then exiting again through the crown to infinity.

As you're breathing in this way,

Try to have the image very clear,

And invite the whole center of the body to create space for the breath,

For the light to move in and to move out.

So,

As you stay more with this image of that central channel being activated,

It's become more strong,

More pronounced,

That connection through your body between heaven and earth.

As we're doing this type of breathing,

This type of visualization,

It's very important that the base chakra,

The area of the pelvic floor,

Will be felt very clear,

Very distinct,

Will give us a sense of pleasure.

So,

When we exhale,

And the energy rises back up through the whole center of the body,

Back to infinity,

It brings with it a sense of pleasure that spreads all over the body.

And let's add to the pleasure that arises actually from the earth through the pelvic floor and spreads in the body,

And invite pleasure to come down and caress us from heaven.

So,

When you inhale,

You're inviting this softness,

This extremely light touch of the heaven energy to caress you,

Like to kiss you,

And unite with that same feeling that manifests in the base.

So,

As the energies of heaven and earth start to become active in your body,

They bring a lot of pleasure and a sense of softening,

Starting from the base chakra and from heaven,

But actually it's spreading all over the body.

So now,

When we're aware of pleasure,

A sense of peace,

Of relaxation that is present in the body,

Let's invite it specifically to different parts of our body,

To make sure that those parts are like irrigated,

Nourished by that sensation of pleasure.

Let's start with the face.

Allow your face to be so soft and so pleasant,

Comfortable,

Relaxed.

Invite the pleasure of heaven and earth to softly enhance this sensation.

Let's bring the awareness of pleasure into our chest and our arms,

Our hands and our fingers,

And allow them to soften completely.

And to feel not only relaxed,

But pleasurable,

That you're enjoying to feel,

To be in those parts of your body.

And if your pelvic floor is strongly activated,

It's like a generator of pleasure that starts from there and pushes that energy all over the body,

Into the cells,

Into the organs,

Into the molecules,

Everything is affected,

Diffused with that pleasure sensation from heaven and earth.

Let's continue to invite pleasure experience in the solar plexus.

Every place you're focusing on,

Let it be a fountain of pleasure.

And even if there is tension there,

Just wait,

The pleasure will come,

The relaxation will come,

The softening will come,

You're going to feel good.

And if,

As those beautiful sensations are entering to a certain center,

Maybe some difficult sensations are leaving it,

And maybe fear,

Maybe anxiety,

Whatever comes,

Just give it space to move out,

So it can be replaced by softness.

Let's go down to the area of the lower abdomen,

The second chakra area,

Below the navel.

And exactly the same,

Invite it to soften,

To open,

Invite pleasure to be clearly experienced in that part of your body.

And then achieve the awareness and invite pleasure to occupy our legs,

Our feet,

Our toes.

And then become aware of your whole body,

And again as a,

Say,

Fountain or experience of pleasure,

Softness,

Relaxation.

But as you are aware of your body,

Start to pay attention that actually you're not only your body.

Your body is like floating in space,

In a space of pleasure.

And start to become aware of the space around the body,

And allow that space to feel pleasurable as well.

So you're more like bathing in pleasure,

Bathing in peace.

And as much as your base chakra is active and generating more pleasure,

Your ability to feel that quality in and around will get stronger.

Because the energy in the base chakra of pleasure is the energy of creation in the whole body.

The whole creation.

So really it's not that you're creating something,

It allows you to unite with a quality that is universal,

Is everywhere.

So allow your whole being to melt into the ocean of pleasure,

Softness,

Warmth,

Which is the essence and nature of creation.

And this state of being invites you to let go,

Of course.

To let go of a fear,

Of a holding,

That maybe that relaxation is dangerous.

So please know that you can always pull back as you're finishing this meditation if you need,

If you want.

But right now,

Allow the fear to dissolve.

And allow each and every part of your being to soften,

To really experience the trust of letting go and enjoying the fact that life is soft.

That life offers pleasurable existence,

That we can trust life and relax into life.

At least now.

And then your system can harmonize.

And then be much more comfortable as you're moving through into the outside world.

Keep softening and allowing any accumulated tension,

Emotional,

Physical,

Mental or energy to soften into this ocean of pleasurable existence.

Okay.

And as you're holding this state of being,

Let go now of projecting images,

Ideas.

And just allow yourself to be present.

And be present with nature,

With a natural way of being.

Your system is life,

It operates like any other created system or being,

In a very unique way.

Be with that.

Feel the natural exchange that your system,

Your being,

Your human being-ness,

Is exchanging with creation.

How the energies move in and out.

How the chakras are so blasting with power,

With radiance.

How your aura is so immense and infinite.

Just celebrate by observing how sacred is your existence.

How infinite is your being.

And again,

With that expansion,

If there's any tension that still lingers in your system,

Just invite it to join,

To become part of this beautiful,

Infinite,

Radiant existence which is your nature.

The mind is actually such a tiny thing,

But it occupies almost the whole space of our existence.

But as your system harmonizes and harmonizes,

The mind dissolves and just being-awareness stays.

And then you know naturally the truth as it starts to emanate from the whole creation.

This truth is not a thinking truth,

It's just being.

Like a flower,

Like a butterfly,

Like a dolphin or a whale,

Like a planet,

Galaxy and the infinite space,

You are.

Allow that without thinking.

This process we're all sharing in this very moment,

Or even if you're listening to a recording of this,

It's the same.

It's a step of our soul to unite with Source.

This is what we all came to do on this planet,

To realize while we're alive the truth of us as infinity,

Without negating our human existence at all.

But this enhances completely your existence,

Because you're not living only as an anxious little person,

You're living as infinity manifesting as a person.

That's a completely different way of being.

Enjoy that magic.

As we're moving out of this meditation,

We must be prepared to keep some of it as we're going through our day,

Evening,

Night.

So the truth is that when you are completely in that,

As that,

There is no change if you're sitting or moving or doing whatever.

But most of us are not in that state.

So normally when we start to move,

The ego mind starts to again occupy a lot of space,

And we're living again in a sense of separation.

So in order to incorporate that sense of unity on the go,

There are many tools.

One of them is very,

Very important,

Is gratitude.

And humbleness.

To consciously or mentally acknowledge being grateful for anything.

This will keep the mind in the heart.

Then you're more safe.

The other tool that can be used is being aware of what you're doing as much as possible.

Again,

This will keep the mind present.

And then again,

You're safe.

It will not go into its dreams.

Another tool that is very,

Very powerful,

And maybe it's the most direct connection with the state we are now in,

Is the energy body.

Awareness of the energy body.

And to my personal experience,

The strongest vibration in the energy body is in the pelvic floor.

So as much as you can become aware of your pelvic floor,

When you're on the move,

You're safe.

Because that vibration immediately will connect you with life.

Immediately.

Then you know who you are on the go.

As you're moving.

Beautiful.

It's so powerful.

More than when I meditate on my own.
