Hi my dear friend.
I'm here to support you to go back on your throne.
To go back and become the king and the queen of your life.
Because this is your birthright and that's what you are here to do and to be.
If you don't feel that you are the king and the queen of your life,
It has nothing to do with external circumstances.
Even if you feel that life is so hard and difficult,
Still your inner domain is possible.
In any given moment you can choose how to be in that moment.
We cannot change life but we can always change how we're reacting to life.
We have the possibility to transform negative state of being within ourself into beautiful state of being within ourself.
Once life hits us in a certain way and we feel deeply affected by life,
If we know that we can shift the way we feeling right now,
We're moving from being a victim to being a warrior,
To being a queen and a king.
The difference between a slave and a queen and a king is the attitude or more correctly saying is the state of our mind.
Do I feel that life can have bashing me and beating me and I feel completely victimized by life or do I feel that even if that's a situation I can move back into harmony.
I can reclaim again my kingdom.
I can say no matter what I'm coming back.
I'm the boss of my existence.
What's crucial here is who am I.
You know if I think that I am my mind,
So every thought that runs in my mind and I am identifying with it,
It can bring suffering.
Especially if it's a negative thought.
But if I understand that I'm the observer of my existence,
I'm not my mind,
I'm not my emotion,
I even not my body,
I am the space which all those things manifesting,
Then I have much more domain on my existence.
Because life comes,
Life goes,
Cloud comes,
Cloud goes,
The sky is always serene,
Pristine.
The sky in you is your awareness.
Okay,
So slavery existence is when we completely identify with our emotions and with our thoughts and when a thought arises we grab it.
Yeah,
Like it's me.
That's wrong,
Completely wrong.
I mean that happens to me and to all of us but this is not the truth.
The truth is that you are the space where the thought arising.
If you really embrace that and you understand that your life will transform completely.
Because when you go to psychotherapy it doesn't matter if you do it on your own or with somebody helping you,
It can help you so far because you're dealing with the mind,
With problems in the mind which has a great great benefit.
But you must move beyond that to realize that you are not the mind.
You are the space in which the mind manifests.
That's mean a queen and a king existence.
In that moment you are the boss because you can move beyond thoughts,
Beyond identifying with thoughts as you.
How do we do that?
Meditation can greatly help for that because in meditation we can start and create space between the thinker and the thought.
We can see clearly that when my mind is quiet there's no thoughts and I can see clearly that I'm observing,
Observing everything.
So why would I choose to identify with what I observe?
Like I'm not choosing to identify with the chair and say I'm the chair or with the wall saying I'm the wall.
Why would I say I am anxiety?
Why would I say I am anger?
Why would I say you know life is bad and I'm bad?
Why would I say this?
If something is true must be true for everything.
So if I'm not the chair and the wall I'm not the anxiety and the anger and the fear.
I'm observing that I'm sitting on a chair.
I'm observing there's anxiety and fear in my system.
It's so simple.
It's simple to understand.
I know it's not simple to do because the pull into the illusion is so powerful that we fall into this illusion constantly.
But with a very strong dedicated work we can do it.
We can achieve it.
