Anxiety is not a must and in fact in a few simple steps you can release it.
Let me explain you how and then you can follow the meditation where I'm guiding through the steps.
Anxiety is resulting always in negative thinking.
Anxiety always results from negative thinking and it doesn't matter what is the reason and it doesn't matter really if it's anxiety,
Anger,
Fear or other negative thought and difficult emotions,
It will always block your energy.
Now normally we try with the mind to fix the anxiety and in fact this is what accelerates the anxiety,
That the mind that created it is trying to fix it.
Instead of trying to fixing it with your mind,
Let's try to fix it by balancing the energy.
When you feel anxious or any other emotions,
The energy of the body is completely disturbed.
But not only the energy,
In fact your whole organism is completely out of sync and most people don't know that it's actually very easy to harmonize it back.
And most people don't pay attention that to bring it back to harmony is actually quite easy.
So instead of spending so much energy in thinking it back to harmony,
You need to harmonize it by harmonizing the energy.
The energy must flow from heaven through the body down to earth and from inside outside.
When we feel unwell,
Especially psychologically and then as a result emotionally,
The energy starts to be all over the place and losing its pathway.
The meridians where the energy flows through get disturbed and they don't flow.
In order to bring the energy back into harmonious flow,
What you really need to do is let go of trying to fix it by thinking and starting by softening the forehead,
Especially because that's where the thinking takes place.
Softening the eyes,
Softening the face and gradually softening the body from top to bottom.
I know it's not easy when the mind is so busy to ask it to harmonize because it's going back into the reason why it's not harmonized.
Therefore,
Before we do the relaxation,
It's important to do some deep breathing,
Strong breathing and like this the system starts to harmonize,
The nervous system starts to calm down and after we do the strong breathing,
Then we start to relax forehead,
Eyes,
Face,
Jaw and moving the relaxation down the body.
After we did the second step of relaxation,
We're moving into the third step when we recognize the vibration in the body and the vibration outside the body and we let them synchronize.
The whole creation vibrates all the time,
Your body as well and it vibrates exactly as the outside.
But when the mind is so absorbed with the ego,
With our problems,
With our anxieties and emotions,
Then immediately we're shutting down the vibrational field and we're separating inside and outside and that itself is the cause of anxiety.
When we're harmonizing anxiety,
We go into the third step when we're feeling the vibration in the body,
Starting from the fingers,
The toes and slowly trying to recognize that the whole body vibrates.
Once we're recognizing that,
We're going outside to feel that the outside vibrates the same as the inside and then we're inviting synchronization.
