So it's a great opportunity to practice letting go of internal noise by not allowing the external noise to enter.
Normally,
When we are really quiet inside,
We are not bothered by anything.
And when we are not,
We are bothered by everything.
So yeah,
It's always a good practice.
Check how we doing inside right now and especially I wanted to guide us to the heart center.
The center of the chest.
This is a very magical,
Magical energy center.
Obviously it's where we can experience love.
It's where we can experience softness.
It's where we can dissolve the shell of being a tough person.
Always doing,
Always taking care,
Always moving outwards to allowing yourself to be soft,
Really soft.
What does it mean to be really soft?
Let's say not giving a meaning with thoughts or words.
Let's try to experience.
How do I know right now if I am in a way hard or soft?
So let's for example pay attention to our skin.
Let's pay attention to our skin and ask ourselves,
What do we feel generally in our skin?
Can I feel that my skin is alive and vibrating?
If you don't have direct connection with the skin,
And meaning to its vibration,
Which is more subtle type of sensation.
So start by paying attention to how your skin touching a surface.
Were you sitting?
How your feet touching the floor.
And then go a bit more subtle,
How the clothes touching your skin.
See if you can recognize different qualities of touch in different parts of your body.
And then let's go even more subtle and let's try to feel how the air touching our skin,
The exposed parts.
Our face,
Our arms,
Our legs.
Our feet,
And this is already getting very close to only energy sensation.
So,
The next step is energy.
So,
Now we're looking more to experience vibration type of sensations.
On the skin.
But now,
As you're aware of your skin vibrating,
Try to notice that it's not like a rubber,
Meaning that it has a spectrum to it,
Meaning it has a width to it.
Yeah,
So the skin itself.
Is a physical layer.
But outside the skin and in a way deep inside the body from the skin.
It feels like the whole spectrum above and below is alive.
So you start to become aware of a field rather than something only one or two dimensions.
It's multidimensional.
It's a field that is vibrating all around your skin,
All around your body.
Good.
Once we are aware of that field,
Still we didn't answer am I hard or soft.
Stay connected to that field.
But now,
As you're aware of the field,
Start to soften your face.
Soften your forehead and your eyes.
Soften your jaw and your tongue.
And here is the magic that you shifting into.
A receiving mode.
That you allow your being to be nourished.
And like when we want to eat,
We need to bring the food into the body.
When we want to drink,
We need to drink the liquid into our body.
When we need to breathe,
We need to inhale the air into our body.
So,
When we want to be nourished by the life force,
We need to only allow,
Allow.
There's no action here.
It is only letting go in a way and inviting to be nourished.
And to help to go deeper into that state of softness and being nourished.
Let's soften our heart.
Let's activate our heart center.
So pay attention how your heart center is doing right now in the middle of your chest.
Is it soft?
Is it tense?
Is it dense?
What's happening in your heart center.
And allow this relaxation that you feel in your face to drop down into your heart center.
And invite your heart to become soft.
And invite the external.
Experiences.
Like the energy like the air.
Like the vibration of life all around you to touch your heart and for your heart to be in communication with life outside.
So that sense of opening in the heart and softening in the heart.
Allows you to feel connected.
So when you're feeling the air some of it in a way caressing your heart or touching your heart when you're aware of the energy field around you.
As well it touches your heart.
If you see in colors.
If you're seeing many many pixels if you seeing shades allow them to touch your heart.
If you're hearing.
The Vibration of Life Hearing OM Let it touch your heart.
Allow yourself through your heart center to feel the whole creation in whatever way it's manifesting.
Right now.
And psychologically.
Allow yourself to be soft.
Allow yourself to be completely bathed,
Bathing.
Yeah,
Like you're taking a bath.
In that softness of existence.
In that beauty of existence.
And slowly the one who bathed.
And the space in which we are bathing.
Start to diminish and unify.
So we slowly stopped seeing God.
Are a shape so clearly anymore.
And we are more aware of vibration.
Of colors.
Of love.
Of softness.
As the nature of our existence,
Or of existence,
Not only our.
If you can allow yourself to acknowledge that all what you feel through your heart is infinite.
The space around you is infinite.
If you see colors.
They are infinite.
If you feel the energy,
The life force vibrating.
It is infinite.
If you're hearing on.
It is infinite.
It can be all of the above together.
And everything manifests through your heart.
Through your heart,
Your know.
Dead Connection.
Now you can use this Unity.
For healing.
So if you feel that there are parts within your human existence right now,
That they are in low vibration,
Meaning either they are painful or emotionally they are heavy.
Or the mind is really moving fast.
Or anything else that is not comfortable.
Invite that softness,
That deep connection that you're experiencing with the whole creation.
To dissolve.
And to unify with that part that is hard.
That hardens in many cases.
Is relating to a sense of something is wrong.
And I need to be different or to do different things.
Something in us is not accepting.
Life as they are right now.
Allow yourself to soften that part.
Life yourself again to return into direct communication.
Unconditional existence.
With creation.
Soften your solar plexus.
Telling yourself everything is okay.
This moment is so perfect,
Just as it is.
I can soften,
Completely soften into this moment.
Invite your lower abdomen and your pelvic floor as well to soften.
To synchronize completely.
With that infinite expansion.
So your whole being dissolves.
And entering complete communication.
And slowly losing its separateness,
Like its defined separate existence.
We're doing here right now in fact is the most natural state.
That is available for us 24-7,
Really.
As much as we're practicing this state,
We can easier come back and return to it as we're going strong and fast and hard and re-replacing that hard shell on our system.
With something.
We take a deep breath.
Reminding ourselves that we are part of all there is.
And we're not supposed to separate ourselves,
Ever.
From creation,
Because we are creation.
We feel anxious.
When we feel emotional.
We feel overwhelmed by life.
We take a deep breath.
And we synchronize again.
Then we can deal with what happened and why it happened.
But first,
We're coming back home.
First we're feeling safe again because we are again vibrating in harmony.
So let's go deeper now.
And let's stop doing anything.
Meaning that we're moving from doing,
Even if when it's super subtle like we're working now on synchronizing and harmonizing energies,
But now we go deeper.
Removing from doing into being.
In being.
There is only knowing,
There is no doing.
There is nothing to achieve.
Nothing to get to.
There is no goal.
Or an identity.
Or philosophy.
The mind needs to let go completely of everything.
We can approach that letting go by softening consciously the area that is responsible for the thinking which is in the front of our head,
Of our brain.
We can soften that area.
Downwards and backwards.
So that muscle or that thinking part called the mind We have no energy to move.
Trust that when you don't think,
The system continues to function amazingly well.
And when you don't think,
The bliss and the well-being.
Will enhance so much.
So allow yourself to drop the mind.
Stop doing anything.
If a thought comes,
It's no problem.
Just drop the mind again.
Trust.
That harmony will come in.
As utopian.
Beautiful.
So just remember that in order to enter into that space that we're experiencing now,
It's very important to soften but also to add the attitude.
Of permission to be soft.
So the softening is not only me,
Meaning the mind,
Interacting with me,
Meaning the body.
It's the mind interacting with creation.
Allowing synchronization between you as a personal being to synchronize with you as an infinite being.
