Complete Liberation

Through conscious breathing, envision channels of light forming from your body to the core of the earth. Feel the nourishing quality of this connection as each breath flows like roots into the earth, carrying your energy and receiving the restorative essence of Mother Earth in return.

At the same time, invite the light and vitality of the heavens to join this sacred exchange. Allow the combined energy of heaven and earth to flow through your entire being, illuminating every cell and spreading nourishment to your body and spirit. In this union of energies, discover a sense of wholeness and balance, a liberation that radiates peace and vitality throughout your existence.

Good morning to everybody.

Let's connect inwards.

Let's pay attention how the breath moves in and out.

And as we do it,

Let's become aware that the breath and the life force are coming from above,

We can say from infinity,

As if we have a channel of light above our head through which the energy enters when we inhale and exits when we exhale.

As wide as we can visualize this image,

As infinite as we can perceive it,

It's more powerful.

As we inhale,

We do it very slow so we can give time for the life force,

The oxygen,

To spread all over the body and to nourish and to vitalize each and every cell.

Very slow.

And as we exhale,

We're exhaling back to heaven to cleanse and open this connection stronger and stronger.

And now,

Let's create the same idea,

The same channel of light from the body to the center of the earth.

And instead of visualizing we are breathing from heaven,

Let's inhale from the earth into the body and try to feel the quality of the earth energy as it enters to the body and again nourish with that specific quality each and every cell.

And when we're exhaling,

We're exhaling back to the earth.

Again to strengthen the connection,

The channel of nourishment from earth to body.

We can visualize roots going to the center of the earth and as we inhale,

We're receiving the love and the energy of the earth into our body.

As we exhale,

We're sharing our energy with the earth.

And now,

Let's say unite the channel between heaven and earth and visualize it when we inhale,

We're pulling the energy from the earth and from the heaven in the same time to meet in the center of the body.

And when we exhale,

Let's use this charged energy to spread all over the body and nourish the whole body with that united energy of heaven and earth.

Now,

Let's specifically meet heaven and earth in the heart chakra in the center of the chest to activate the heart chakra with that energy united of heaven and earth.

When we're exhaling,

We're visualizing that the heart chakra radiates so much light.

It's like a sun radiating to the whole creation.

And now,

Let's say drop or let go of the controlled breathing but stay aware of that nourishment that comes from heaven and earth into your heart.

And say to yourself,

I'm making myself 100% available to be nourished by the energy of heaven and earth.

And feel how that energy meets in your heart chakra and then radiate so much love,

So much light.

Making ourselves available is an action,

You know.

It's not just a word.

Making ourselves available,

Meaning that we're creating space or we're allowing space in our being to receive.

That means making ourselves available.

It means that our mind relaxes.

It doesn't occupy with action,

With thoughts.

The brain,

So that channel of heaven and earth can enter with no blockage,

With no hindrance.

Making ourselves available is allowing that natural nourishment that's always available for us to actually manifest.

So,

Making ourselves available has an aspect of deep surrendering and allowing life to flow.

Okay,

So now let's make ourselves available to receive the nourishment in the solar plexus,

Just below the chest,

The upper part of the abdomen.

So,

We're creating infinite space in our mind,

In our body and we're inviting the life force from heaven and earth to unite in the solar plexus,

To nourish that area and then as a result to radiate in the body and in the whole creation.

To make this effect even more stronger,

We can add the affirmation that relates to the solar plexus saying that I accept myself at this moment exactly as I am and I allow my nature or my natural being to radiate,

To be seen in the whole creation.

I accept myself at this moment exactly as I am and I allow my natural being to radiate to be seen in the whole creation.

So,

That's another aspect of psychological space when we're allowing ourselves to be.

We're not locking in because of self-rejection.

On the contrary,

We're inviting ourselves to become infinite and to be seen.

As a result,

All the layers of self-rejection,

Especially by our mind but maybe happened from other people through our life,

Are dissolving layer after layer to allow the solar plexus to shine naturally from its very core into the whole creation.

A complete and deep sense of peace and freedom and acceptance of myself and of life perfectly as it is at this very moment.

Because there are many,

Many things that are not okay maybe in our life and for sure in the life on planet Earth,

Many things.

But at this moment,

We allow the mind to let go of all those things so we can experience our true nature which is an infinite,

Radiant,

Shining being.

Let's shift awareness into the second chakra below the navel and again invite this energy center to radiate its original beauty,

Power,

Vitality receiving the energy from heaven and earth and expressing its essence.

So you can visualize how the energies of heaven and earth are meeting in the second chakra below the navel and transforming this energy center into a ball of light,

Into a sun that is so powerfully radiating into the whole creation and the affirmation that supports this expansion,

This powerful radiation is that I am inviting myself through the second chakra I am inviting myself through the second chakra to manifest power,

Vitality,

Creativity to connect with those qualities and allow them to be seen,

To be expressed in the whole creation.

I am inviting myself through the second chakra to connect with power,

Vitality,

Creativity,

Fertility and to manifest those qualities in the whole creation.

Now it's important to remember that those qualities are not originated in us we just allow ourselves to connect to those qualities that are in the whole creation anyway so it's more uniting with those qualities than creating them it's more reminding ourselves that they are existing and allowing ourselves to feel them it's very important that as we connect with those qualities our awareness is infinite because when we shrink our awareness to the size of this body we are locking the experience into the ego,

Into the very small existence when we allow our mind to expand into the whole creation then we are connecting with quality that is already existing in the most intense,

Powerful way because in the second chakra the same quality that we feel as power and vitality is the same energy that creates planets,

Mountains,

Earthquakes,

Storms,

Tsunami,

Everything that same power,

So that same power is in you so it's allowing and inviting to connect for that the deep surrendering is needed,

Invitation,

Surrendering to connect with what is already here as we surrender more we experience more power let's shift to the heart chakra and connect with the affirmation that I'm inviting my heart chakra to experience love,

Expansion and connection to myself,

To others and to the whole creation I'm inviting my heart chakra to experience,

Or better saying I'm inviting myself through the heart chakra to experience love,

Expansion,

Connection to myself,

To others and to the whole creation so again here we're inviting the heart chakra to unite with quality that is already existing but is only possible to be felt through the heart chakra no one else can feel that love as the heart chakra so that's the same love that is universal,

That allows life to exist,

That keeps life alive that keeps the planets exactly in the same orbit,

Close to the sun but not too close and not too far it's the same love that no matter what we're going to protect our loved ones it's the same love that the whole universe is made from so this is universal,

We're inviting and allowing ourselves to connect again here it requires deep deep surrendering because life may be taught us that love is not safe so the mind might resist complete expression,

Complete expansion so we have to bypass those memories and to allow that to manifest right now and then let's do the same with the third eye that has to do with seeing beyond,

With complete expansion or contraction so I'm inviting my third eye to expand to the whole creation so it can realize its connection with all there is we can say so I can realize my connection with all there is okay so here again there is a deep surrender and a natural expansion to feel that I'm all there is and all there is am I it's not only one way that I'm opening my energy by surrendering comes the wisdom of complete unity yeah that's the word uni-verse it's one verse uni-verse yeah so that's exactly what happens when we surrender we are uni-verse one verse own okay and now let's drop any connection specifically to our form as human being and just acknowledge that unity that we are and this can only be felt as the mind is surrendering completely not to any specific quality but is like completely dropped so the area where the mental activity takes place in the brain is completely dropped into a sense of no thing and then even deeper experience of unity takes place that sense of complete unity is extremely healing so let's use this experience of unity and check if maybe there are within us some islands of tension that that sense of unity can disperse maybe there is some islands of tension of emotional tension but as you connecting to those islands of tension physical emotional or even mental do it without collapsing into the ego identity stay infinite as infinite and just invite those islands of tension to synchronize with the truth with who you are or all is as you go deeper and deeper to this experience it's very natural to stop feeling the body because we become more and more energy awareness rather than physical ego or personal awareness so it's very natural so if you feel those feelings it's beautiful,

It's blissful and just go deeper and deeper and ideally we get to a space that we don't feel anything on the physical,

Even vibrational we only have a sense of am-being is-ness but not as somebody,

As everything just to conclude let's say invite loved ones those who are struggling those who are suffering greatly on this planet to come and join us on this circle of love and light this obviously is not limited for those who are in physical form it can be those who passed away because we are now beyond time,

Beyond space so it can be souls that are maybe a bit disturbed or it can be human beings still in a physical form that are in a great difficulty all are invited to feel the freedom of being so have a beautiful day everybody thank you for joining blessed day for everybody
