Okay,
So let's touch anxiety.
Our lovely friend.
So,
Normally when we talk about anxiety or when we're experiencing anxiety,
It's quite a strong feeling.
But I'd like us to connect to,
Let's say,
Nervousness,
That we don't necessarily have to define it as anxiety,
But as a sense of nervousness,
As a sense that something is not okay,
That I feel anxious,
But can be on very low volume.
That anxiety or that nervousness is really a result of separation.
It's not because something really is wrong.
It's just because we're living in separation that I am not part of life,
Really.
Yeah?
Because I live in my mind,
In my emotion,
In my body.
And by default,
I'm living as a separate being from all the rest.
And that always will create a certain level of anxiety or discomfort.
Even if we don't name it as anxiety,
It's nervousness.
It's a discomfort.
It's a dis-ease.
So,
I'd like us to try to define anxiety on a very low level of manifestation before it blows up because something difficult happened.
And before it kind of transforms into maybe panic or panic attack,
It's just a low-grade sense of something is off.
Let's pay attention to that feeling of something is not okay.
I hope you don't feel it,
But from being a human being on this planet for a few years,
It's very familiar to me,
This feeling.
In fact,
I feel it right now.
Yeah?
That there's a tiny sense of sadness or off-ness in my system.
Yeah?
In my stomach,
It's a bit like this.
And my chest,
A bit like that.
It's not completely free.
Okay?
And this is a very normal state for us human beings.
It's nothing to be shy or.
.
.
It's just separation,
Basically.
When we feel separated,
We are like this.
So,
Let's learn to recognize it.
Pay attention to it.
An off-ness feeling within you.
Normally,
It manifests in the chest and in the solar plexus.
This is the most common places,
But it can be anywhere else.
It can be tension in the body.
It can be shortness of breath.
It can be tension in the head.
It can be ringing in the ears.
It can be digestion,
Discomfort.
Yeah?
Many symptoms.
So,
Try to pay attention for you right now.
What are the manifestations if you're feeling it,
That something is off?
Now,
Try as well to locate it,
Because it's really in a very specific layers.
Yeah?
It's not mainly or only inside or only outside.
If you kind of scan very,
Very carefully,
You'll see that that feeling that you might feel in your chest or in your solar plexus,
It's actually built like a layer inside your body.
That if your awareness moves a bit out or move a bit in,
Then you don't feel the same.
You feel actually much better.
It's that layer that when you focus on it,
You get this feeling of off-ness.
Just scan a little bit and play with it a little bit.
See what's happening.
Can you locate it?
Good.
So,
I hope you get this clarity that if you expand your awareness or shrink it way deep into the center of the body,
Then you don't feel the same tension or nervousness.
It's really a certain layer or energy area or area of energy that that sensation of discomfort is blocked or focused there.
Okay.
So,
First of all,
Let's go out from that area that is focused and let's connect to areas that are much more comfortable.
And later,
We'll take care of that area that is more blocked.
So,
Widen your awareness outside.
Allow your awareness to expand.
Don't worry about the tension and the discomfort and the emotional disease that you're feeling within.
Just allow your awareness to expand.
And allow your awareness to rest on a much wider space around your body and way,
Way,
Way out as far as your awareness can reach.
In fact,
Your awareness can reach to infinity.
It's no problem.
It takes a millisecond.
It's just the permission of the mind to expand to infinity,
Boundless expansion.
And just observe,
When you're expanding your awareness so much,
How do you feel?
What happened to your breathing?
What happened to your emotions?
What happened to the tension within you?
What happens to your mind?
Wonderful.
So,
Now,
From that infinite space,
A wider space,
Which we are aware of,
Let's invite the tension to synchronize with that infinite space.
So,
We're aware of the space.
And within that infinite space,
We're also aware of that layer or those areas within our human form that are tense.
And we're inviting synchronization.
We're inviting them to harmonize,
To synchronize,
So the tension can be diffused.
Now,
Once you feel a softening,
Again,
Check,
Because maybe that area of tension that we recognize,
That nervousness or different level of anxiety,
Maybe it moved from one layer or one area to another area.
So,
While you are keeping your awareness infinite,
Keep scanning in the body and look for other areas of tension and invite those areas as well to synchronize with that infinite space,
Which you are aware of.
Again,
We're recognizing that the awareness is occupying the whole creation.
And those areas of tension within our human form,
The tension within creation,
Which the awareness occupies.
And as this,
They are called to soften,
To relax,
To harmonize within that infinite space.
As we're doing so,
Let's make sure that we're softening the forehead.
We're softening the eyes.
We're softening the face.
We're softening the chest and the shoulders.
We're softening the abdomen.
Again,
Bring your awareness and check if there is still a focus area of tension,
If there are still layers of tension in your body.
And now,
Let's pay attention to the vibration.
So,
That infinite space,
Which your awareness occupies,
Try to recognize and acknowledge the life,
The vitality of it.
See if you can feel,
See,
Know that that infinite space,
Which your awareness occupies,
Is completely vibrant,
Vital,
Alive.
Now,
Within this infinite space,
Vital space around us,
There is tension within our human form.
And that tension normally feels distinct.
That's why we can feel it.
That's why,
Or how we know there is tension.
It's not the same vibration as that infinite space,
Which is all around us.
As we're keeping the awareness on that part that is tense,
On that infinite space,
Which is not tense,
Again,
We're inviting synchronization.
We're inviting complete harmony between tension to complete softness.
And light.
Your real body is boundless.
It is the whole creation.
Within that infinite being,
Which you are,
There is a tense part related to the human being part of you.
That infinite consciousness is you.
It's not separate.
It's not outside of you.
It is you.
It is the infinite aspect of you.
That infinite consciousness is completely alive.
It's a being.
And your human existence on this planet Earth must acknowledge that and must synchronize with that for you to feel good and to release any form of tension and anxieties.
Complete relaxation will never take place unless we're acknowledging that simple truth of infinity.
Because being a human being,
Identifying as a human being,
We're constantly pulling and creating a barrier between who we really are,
Which is infinite,
And who we think we are,
Which is separate.
So,
Any barrier that you're feeling right now in a form of tension that is standing out is different than the whole creation energy.
Invite it to soften and synchronize.
Here we must drop any psychology,
Any understanding,
Any mental processes,
And we only use the mind to synchronize with Source.
That's all.
To acknowledge tension and no tension,
And to invite synchronization.
That's all.
And the proof it's working is when you feel better,
When you feel wider,
Calmer,
Softer,
Emotionally comfortable.
You feel that your digestion and breath is soft.
And there's zero doubt about your infinite nature.
So,
Let's take some more time for that to take place,
To manifest,
As you're acknowledging infinity and inviting softening into it.
Wonderful.
Now,
Let's acknowledge and take advantage on the fact that we are here together,
You know,
A community of spiritual brothers and sisters.
And let's visualize that we are forming a circle where we're acknowledging the presence of each other.
It's very important that with our mind,
We're visualizing that circle and we're locating ourselves wherever we feel that's my place in the circle.
And once you are there in the circle,
In your place,
Visualize that when you inhale,
You're receiving so much light and wellness.
When you're exhaling,
You're giving those qualities to the rest of the community.
And then,
Let's invite family,
Friends,
Whoever we know that is in need for support in this moment,
Inviting them to this space,
And let them receive this blessing of this beautiful space of being.
Remember that the minute your awareness occupies the whole creation,
The power that you're channeling for healing,
For wellness,
Is immense.
To yourself and to anyone else.
So,
In that state of being which is infinite,
Anyone you hold in your mind,
In your heart,
Will benefit enormously.
Wonderful.
As we're moving out of this meditation,
Obviously,
When we sit and motionless,
The energy comes down,
The circulation stops,
And then the connection with Source is manifesting so beautifully.
But when we move out of this state of motionless being,
Then we need also tools how to maintain that connection on the go.
So,
Number one is to practice what you're practicing right now,
Either repeating,
Listening to this meditation,
Or just remembering the essence of it and doing it on your own.
Number two is being part of a spiritual community like our community,
Which we support each other just by acknowledging that there's more to life than just what we're ever doing on a daily basis.
So,
That dedication to the spiritual path helps us enormously,
Gives us a guideline in our life.
Number three is awareness to what we do on a daily basis.
Try not to do things on automatic mode.
And number four is enjoying ourselves,
Just expressing the beauty and the vitality and the liveliness of life through as many things that we do.
Meeting people,
Enjoying family,
Enjoying friends,
Dancing,
Walking in nature,
Whatever makes us happy is very important to do.
Okay,

The feeling of anxiety and stress is gone after connecting with infinity. 🙏 During the meditation I felt a holding on to the layer of stress and separation. As this layer defines me as me. But I dissolved this layer and it was a freeing experience 🤗
