Okay,

We can start So first time I want to say that I'm so happy to have the opportunity to do meditation now because I had a very busy day today and It's so nice to connect to the place that is so peaceful That is beyond everything Any movement or any thought or any any action?

It's just so peaceful So I'm so happy to to be here together and to to share this time with us together so the theme is about burnout and Obviously burnout is a We touched it a little bit when we talked about in and young but it's just the excess of young and not enough in basically when we push too much and we don't They do the opposite of pushing meaning resting with me taking care of herself and I think in our society most of us are in a kind of More or less burnout constant burnout to to be able to keep up with with this pace and So it's so beautiful to have things like meditation or anything that we Know that works for us.

That is the opposite of this fast and strong movement to help us calm down and and harmonize and And the meditation that we're doing and The emphasis is on that stillness and stillness is always with us always The problem is that the mind is so so loud And life is so fast and everything is so loud really that that stillness get overlooked and not we don't have space to appreciate it and Even time to move into it into that space of nothing In specifically in relationship to burnout is that A for my personal experience when I meditate and I get into this complete stillness The recovery is so intense and immense that I believe that even people that are in a very very serious burnout that they lost a lot of ability to move or to feel and they are in recovery and when they touch this Complete stillness the system can recover much better than a when it's not completely touched and the reason is because We're working with awareness and awareness is the purest energy there is and When awareness is connecting completely with the infinite space Then our system can recuperated on all its aspect,

You know,

The emotion can recuperate The physical physicality can recuperate the mind can recuperate and As deep as we getting into the state of let's say no thing The recuperation is more faster and more profound because When we are vibrating in complete stillness Actually,

There is some kind of vibration,

But normally we don't feel it It's a It's impossible to feel that vibration as long as we feel something we still not in complete unity,

So the Recuperation is not as profound as when this complete unity So I hope we don't get into burnout But for all of us that state of complete unity is the deepest healer Possible the deepest healer possible the most powerful healer possible is that Okay,

Of course,

We need to pay attention to the mind and when the mind Moves again after we are in that state infinite state.

It can create so much so much Problem and so much damage because it can break all that beautiful stillness that we are enjoyed When we are in complete harmony with all there is So the work is not only meditating is also psychologically Paying attention to the mind and paying attention to the mind the way the mind is a creating vibration Creating realities that are so painful that we cannot resist it and we falling into that trap And Each one of us should know What's going on with us with ourself?

What's going on with the mind and to really really?

Be committed not to go into that those traps that pulls us into such a crazy tsunami of emotion of Thoughts that it's very very difficult to recuperate after this and to come back to harmony So we really really have to watch our mind As we're moving through the day Of course when we meditate,

But even if the meditation is so deep and the mind become negative afterwards Then again,

It will pull us into a big big mess so Meditating deep and paying deep.

I mean close close attention really vigilant vigilating or strong vigilance of the mind Okay,

So let's say go deeper now So let's pay attention inwards and pay attention what's going on Observing the breath as it moves in and out And already in the first step of meditation We're reminding our mind that we are not the mind.

We are not the body We are not the emotions Yeah,

We are the space the infinite space where all those Qualities or parts of our existence of a human existence they manifest we are the space Yeah So as we observing saw as we observing breathing Observe it as space not as a person with a name and a story If You observe breathing as space obviously space is not only in your body Space is in the whole creation So observe breath or breathing as the infinite space The tendency to call ourself a name To call ourself a name even not a name like your ear,

But I am me You know that kind of conviction that I am a a somebody Is already not true Yeah,

Because who we really are is Consciousness Yeah,

And let's say in one end of this consciousness is the infinite space This is you me us as well And the other that's a spectrum of this is the little ego.

Yeah,

That is convinced that it's separate from the rest but all this spectrum is You Okay,

So you are the infinite space and you are the little person that is part of this infinite space But That you that is everything is not you that the mind think this is me it's not like this This you the true you is a sense of being this is you yeah Not a story not a name not nothing that the mind identified to be as not that You are a Sense of being this is the me Being Being and space is the same Okay,

So as being we observing breath moving That being is boundless is infinite completely infinite That Being doesn't need to think I am me because it's Installed in being a sense of I am We continue observing the breathing as we are infinite space And we can Gradually feel that the breathing is not only in the body,

But actually it fills up the whole creation If I'm the whole creation,

So when I breathe I fill up with the breath or the breath fills up the whole creation So try to feel as you inhale and exhale a movement in the whole creation,

Which is you The whole creation expands and contracts as you please Normally at this stage of the meditation we can still feel our body Maybe we can still feel emotion.

Maybe we can feel that the mind is moving fast Maybe we can feel a physical discomfort All Those phenomena are manifesting because the system is still not completely settled relaxed But that doesn't change anything of who we are Yeah,

It just may be not comfortable to be in that state,

But it doesn't change it doesn't change it As much as we're holding that state of infinity All those symptoms that we feel in our human being They will start to dissolve more and more and more As we less feeling and differences between what I call me and the infinite space We feel that those boundaries are dissolving and we get a deeper sense of well-being Bliss peace all those beautiful feelings that are not Externally caused by anything It just because I am vibrating more and more and more as all there is In fact that feeling that we get when we are actually in harmony completely harmony is Really that external feeling that we are Wanting to get from food from all the addiction that we're running after that's really what we the mind wants to get But it gets it big time when it's completely surrendering To enhance that Transformation and synchronization and kind of dissolvement in the whole creation Let's say Balance the heart chakra.

It's always helping a lot So instead of the breath filling up the whole creation Now let the heart chakra Fill up the whole creation Okay,

So I'm inviting the heart chakra to shine like the most powerful powerful Sun and fill up with its a Illumination the whole creation The whole creation is filling up with the light and the love that is felt Connected to the heart You see each chakra gives a different experience So When we allowing to perceive reality or the whole creation through the heart chakra The experience is experience of love Has nothing to do with me or you or all these stories It just is it's love We're synchronizing with love It's infinite.

It's unconditional It's always here available for us.

We just have to synchronize with it.

That's all So a heart chakra is completely infinite and we are in infinite ocean of love Wonderful Another chakra that is super super important Is the second chakra below the navel above the pubic the pubic bone Let it expand exactly the same and fill up the whole creation So you're the whole creation And your experience is the whole creation through the second chakra is experience of power Vitality A sense of a Ability to do what you need to do Without needing to do anything as if a full battery manifesting And remember not to limit your experience to this little person on the contrary Keep your mind infinite then your experience will be so much powerful Okay,

So the consciousness the awareness is as big as the whole creation and is experiencing the whole creation with the sense or the scent or the quality of the second chakra the chakra of power fertility creativity You This is the chakra that creates and maintains life on its physical aspect So here is a avalanche here is a volcano erupting Yeah,

Here is a horses galloping Here is a dolphins Here is a eagle all those amazing powerful manifestation of nature Relates to this chakra as well Wonderful,

Let's say shift awareness to the third eye And again,

We're inviting the third eye to expand To the whole creation But It's not really expansion.

Okay,

We should not confuse.

Yeah It's a sense of expansion,

But actually it is allowing the third eye to experience The whole creation through the third eye quality,

Which is seeing beyond Which is pure wisdom Okay,

So we just As if it's a filter,

You know,

Like you can put red filter blue filter green filter Now we experiencing the whole creation through the third eye Okay,

Wonderful Let's now drop any intentional Work with the mind We don't need to visualize anything or to to do anything just allow yourself to be for a minute Don't look for anything let things come to you Let your mind completely rest completely relax completely Now it's in vacation doesn't do anything And you see very clearly that you are completely here even when the mind doesn't move Meaning that the sense of being is way beyond any thoughts That's why it's way beyond life and death It is the only constant thing forever So when you die after you die When you're born between birth and birth and death between death and birth all that Awareness is all the time You you'll see You'll be aware of all this process You'll be aware of all this process So we're letting off the mind because being Is deeper and the most important of all And being is not related to the mind it is So we have to take advantage to the fact that we are sharing the same space right now and not the same physical space We can be in completely different parts of this of this earth But thanks to technology And thanks to our presence We're sharing the space called now And now Is now yeah,

So it's much more here than anything else It's faster than the speed of light,

Of course because it's always here So in that space we're sharing the space of now let's acknowledge the presence of each other And visualize that we are sharing a circle of light A circle of love So We're sitting or standing together And from our heart We generate love into the circle to share between all of us From our mind we generate light And this is so important because not all of us feeling great all the time It's normal that some goes better and some days are difficult and we are here to support each other So let's just Acknowledge that when we inhale we receiving From everybody so much power so much light so much love And when we exhale we give it we're sharing with a Complete wanting yeah That our friends are rather than sister on this beautiful spiritual community Will raise vibration we feel good Will heal on any aspect of their body mind spirit energy So every time we exhale we give so much wellness so much blessing to each other And every time we inhale we're receiving so much And really feel that That in breath that you're taking which is full of love and light And wellness is really healing any part of you that needs support on any aspect of your existence And like this as we give and receive And like this as we give and receive and give and receive the vibration of our community rises and rises And let's invite to this beautiful circle Those that we know that they really need so much help right now because in the situation of war of starvation of captivity Captivity You know,

They cannot connect to this high vibration because they are on survival mode And let's visualize that they are here with us And we're giving them So much wellness so much light so much hope so much love So they can make it Much love to everybody We have to crack it guys we have to continue strong yeah not deviate from center Bye-bye
