Okay,

We can start.

So,

The now space.

The now space is who we are.

We are walking temple of now.

How special.

A walking temple of now.

It doesn't matter how beautiful is an external temple.

If we are not now,

So we are not now.

We are not experiencing really the present of presence.

So,

Let's make sure that we are now.

When we meditate,

We actually pulling or harmonizing between our human existence that tends to separate from the unity that all is emanating and moving to separation.

So,

It's like going to the gym and training in now.

Awareness is always now.

And when it's shining its light on thoughts,

We're pulling from now,

We're pulling from presence.

So,

Let's just do a damage scan with our awareness to see what are the results of not being now in our body.

How is the mind?

How are the emotions?

How is the physical body?

How is the energy body?

And let's use the energy body.

We can use any object really,

But the energy body is so fascinating.

So,

Let's choose the energy body to help us synchronize with now.

What does it mean?

Awareness is now.

Everything is now.

But it doesn't feel comfortable because but it doesn't feel comfortable because we haven't been now.

So,

Through the meditation we're synchronizing.

Energy body.

Again,

We can focus on chakras,

On aura,

On the energy flow in the meridians.

Let's choose the meridians but not to complicate the life.

Let's just check the heavenly flow that comes from heaven like a waterfall and then around the crown it spreads,

Flow in the front of the body,

On the sides of the body and in the back.

All the way down to our toes and out.

And just compare these four directions and see for yourself which one flows better or not so good.

And the four of them need to get a sense of a flow like a river.

Like a river.

Okay,

So let's work on each one and let's start from the front,

Which is the yang ming,

The bright yang,

That corresponds with the stomach and large intestine,

But it doesn't matter.

Basically,

It's a heavenly quality that enters to the body from the head and flows in the front of the body.

And what we're checking to see if the flow is harmonious,

If it's going good.

So,

Let's just support the flow,

If it's good or if it's not good,

With the breath.

So,

When we inhale we're visualizing that we're pulling that quality of the yang ming,

Which translates as the bright yang.

We're pulling that bright energy in the in-breath into the body,

Into the head,

And then when we exhale we're visualizing that we're guiding it through the front of the body,

Down the legs and out from the toes.

To be more precise,

The meridians as well has,

Let's say,

Layers.

They can be more outside the body and they can be more inside the body.

We actually like to feel the inside to the outside.

Not only outside and not only inside.

Normally,

When it's not balanced,

Either you don't feel it at all or you feel it more outside,

Far from the body,

Normally.

But we want the whole spectrum to be alive and functioning.

Okay,

So now let's drop the breathing and just be aware and encourage that flow from heaven to earth through the front of the body.

As if you're seeing beautiful light or beautiful river,

Whatever you're visualizing,

Flowing down heaven to earth.

Good.

Let's move now to both sides,

Left and right,

Of the body.

This is the gallbladder,

Controlled by the gallbladder and triple warmer.

It's the shao yang,

The middle yang.

And let's just check how that one flows.

For me,

For example,

I feel it flows far from the body,

But it doesn't flow in the body.

Check for yourself.

And now let's start with a few breathings.

So we're inhaling,

Pulling,

And that beautiful quality of the shao yang,

It's a unique quality,

Into the body,

Inhale and exhale,

Guided down the sides of your body,

Through the feet,

Toes and out.

Okay,

Now let's drop the control breathing and just visualize,

Feel,

See that beautiful flow through the side of the body,

Heaven,

Body,

Earth.

And if you're feeling that some places are a bit deserted,

Direct the energy there as well direct the energy there as well with your awareness,

Meaning on the side of the body.

And remember the spectrum,

You should feel it in the body and outside the body,

In the same time.

Also,

As you become more detailed,

Because the energy starts to flow stronger,

Pay attention in your toes,

Where it's exiting,

It doesn't exit from all the toes the same,

And it doesn't exit the same right toes to left toes.

So pay attention and again encourage the toes that the energy doesn't exit with power,

Visualize like beams of light shooting up.

Wonderful,

Now let's dedicate time to the back.

This is the tai yang,

In the big yang,

So we have the bright in the front,

We have the middle yang in the side,

Now we go to the big yang,

Tai,

Tai yang,

Relating to your urinary bladder and small intestine,

And it flows and nourishes the and it flows and nourishes the back of the body.

From my experience this is the one that get imbalanced number one,

At least for me,

And the main reason I think is because it's very much related to thinking,

So when we think it pulls up to the head and blocked.

So let's check the tai yang urinary bladder,

See how it is.

It should flow both sides of the spine,

Close to the spine,

And then further out to the side,

Down the lumbar,

Down the buttocks,

The back of the legs,

And then down the feet,

The toes and out.

So let's start by inhaling,

Pulling it into the body,

Exhaling,

Encourage the flow,

Down and out.

And now let's drop the control breathing,

And let's just focus our awareness,

Observing and visualize this flow.

And visualize this flow.

And remember the toes,

It's very important to try to recognize which are the toes that get activated by that flow and make sure that it flows strong and outside,

Beaming outside.

And remember the spectrum in the body and then out the body at the same time.

There's a strong connection between the urinary bladder,

Or that might read in the floors in the back and the pelvic floor.

So as it starts to harmonize,

I always get a sense of a beautiful softening in the whole pelvic floor.

Okay,

Now let's harmonize by feeling,

Seeing,

Visualizing the four sides are flowing together.

So as if you are under a waterfall of light,

And try with your mind eye to visualize that it comes from infinity,

Beautiful golden light,

And then splits on the crown and then goes down and washes all tension all the way down,

Legs,

Toes and out.

Okay,

And just to harmonize with the earth energy,

Let's now combine image and breathing.

So when we inhale,

Let's visualize that we're pulling from the center of the earth,

The earth energy,

Through the feet,

The sole of the feet,

Through the inner legs,

Pulling it up into the heart when we inhale.

And when we exhale,

We're bringing the heaven energy like we did before,

Through the four direction flowing down back to the earth.

And feel how the earth energy brings nourishment and love and activate your heart chakra because it's spreading in the heart.

And then we exhale with the heaven energy.

And now let's just again let go of the breathing,

Strong breathing,

But let's keep the image alive,

Seeing clearly,

Feeling clearly those two energies are working together,

Being nourished from heaven and earth.

Being nourished from heaven and earth.

Okay,

Now let's let go of the awareness of these directions and let's just move our awareness to just general vibration in the whole body,

Recognizing vibration in the whole body against the energy of the meridians.

And if you really pay close attention,

You'll see or you'll feel that the vibration is not the same everywhere.

And where it's a bit stronger is actually in axis,

Yeah,

It's the meridians that are in axis.

But it doesn't matter now,

Let's just make sure that we're feeling that the whole body vibrates together.

And then we're expanding the awareness of vibration outside the body to the whole creation and we're acknowledging that we are not in an ocean of vibration,

We are the ocean of vibration.

So,

Allow your awareness to expand,

To include the whole creation and you're feeling that you are that vibrating infinite ocean of creation.

Vibrating infinite ocean of creation.

Good,

Now we're refining more and we're dropping the awareness of vibration to awareness.

And so,

We are not looking for the physical sensation of vibration,

We are focusing on being with the awareness of infinity.

So,

The awareness is still the key,

But instead of focusing on something,

Let's say,

Physical or vibrational,

It now focuses on being.

But the image is still including the whole creation and what we call the human or me as part of it.

But the most important shift is that me now is everything,

Is not this ego,

Ego being.

So,

Because we drop the physical vibration or the awareness of the physical vibration,

It's very natural that more subtle senses are giving you information.

So,

You might start to see colors or pixels,

That's the sight,

The sense of sight.

Or you might hear the sound of OM,

It's in the sense of hearing.

So,

Moving out of all the senses now,

We're moving into being,

But now we're moving into being,

But now for complete being and pure being we need to drop the mind itself.

So,

That mind that helped us arriving to this beautiful transparent being is now dropped altogether.

It doesn't do anything,

It doesn't visualize,

It doesn't say,

It doesn't look,

It just dropped completely.

So,

It means that the being,

Just being,

Is the,

Let's say,

The last,

That's the Truth,

You can call it God or the Creator.

God or the Creator.

Okay,

So in that nothingness we're still completely alive and present,

Because we are presence itself.

So,

We can invite areas of our humanness that maybe are still vibrating in low vibration,

Although we are in complete unity and we complete everything,

But still parts of our existence maybe still dragging to low vibration.

Dragging to low vibration.

So,

First of all,

Let's invite the heart chakra to synchronize with all there is,

So the emotional existence will experience the highest bliss possible.

So,

Then we're shifting into the second chakra below the navel to do the same,

Inviting to complete unity with creation.

And then let's invite our soul to synchronize with the soul of creation.

And then,

In a free way,

If you have any other physical,

Emotional,

Or even if the mind is still dragging,

Just invite that part that still drags to synchronize with the Truth of who you are and everything is.

And remember,

Please don't pull into the little person,

Because that's not who you are.

Let's take a minute to invite loved ones to this magical,

Beautiful space of being.

Anyone that we know that is struggling will benefit enormously by us visualizing that they are in this space with us.

Because this space is the ultimate harmonizer.

So,

It harmonizes our existence as human beings,

It will harmonize anyone we visualize that is part of this circle or this space.

Beautiful.
