Hello beautiful souls and welcome to this Reiki infused meditation where we'll be calling on the power of universal energy to activate our inner light.
So find a nice quiet comfortable space where you won't be disturbed,
Sit either with your spine straight or lying down with your palms facing outwards and just take a moment just to connect to your breath.
Notice the flow of air moving in through your nose into your chest and lungs and as you breathe out notice the air moving out of your body.
Just bring awareness to your breath,
Allowing it to become deeper and deeper.
With every in-breath just make that in-breath a little bit longer.
And as you breathe out,
Imagine breathing out all the air from your body.
Allow yourself to move into a state of peaceful awareness where our body is relaxed but our mind is awake and aware.
As you deepen your breath bring awareness to that space between your breath,
Between the in-breath and out-breath.
Hold your breath at the top of your in-breath for a few seconds,
Allowing your mind just to move into that space of infinite possibility and awareness.
And as you breathe out,
Hold your breath for a few seconds on your out-breath,
Again bringing awareness to that space,
That infinite potential.
As you deepen your connection to your breath and your body you allow yourself to move deeper and deeper into that space,
Allow the peace to envelope you,
Allow tranquility to wash over you as you open your mind to the wisdom of the universe,
The possibilities around and within you.
Now take a deep breath in again and as we breathe out we release any tension from our bodies.
We allow ourselves to become more and more relaxed,
Our limbs feel heavy and yet at the same time our body feels lighter,
More aware.
You feel the subtle change in energy move through you,
Maybe a slight breeze on your skin,
The sounds around you just deepen your connection to your infinite self.
Bringing awareness now to the base of your spine where your root chakra is located.
From this space a golden cord of light moves down from your root chakra,
Down deep into Mother Earth below,
Anchoring you within her powerful embrace.
You feel this loving,
Protective energy move up this cord of light,
Move up into your root chakra,
Cleaning and cleansing this space so you feel more grounded and now bring your awareness to your heart,
Feel your heart beating in your chest and as you breathe in imagine breathing in this luminous bright white light,
Feel that light move into your heart,
Activating your higher heart chakra so that you are more able to tune into a higher frequency and bring healing energy and light into your body.
You feel this light moving deep into your heart space,
Cleaning and cleansing any blocks around your heart,
Increasing your capacity for unconditional love for yourself and others.
You feel this sense of expansion moving out of your heart,
Moving outwards,
Creating a wave of love within and around you.
You sense and feel this loving energy moving deep into the very cells of your being,
Activating your cells,
Moving deep into the very muscles and bloodstream of your body,
Cleaning and cleansing anything that no longer serves you.
Imagine that you are now surrounded by this loving,
Warm,
Higher light,
Feel yourself glowing from the inside out,
Allow this healing energy to infuse every cell of your being And now,
Bring awareness to your solar plexus,
Located around your stomach area,
Imagine within this area a golden ball of light,
This ball is pure chi energy,
It is pure lifeforce energy.
And as you breathe deeply in,
Imagine your breath moving into your solar plexus,
Activating your ball of chi,
Feel with your in-breath the energy around your solar plexus getting bigger and bigger,
With every in-breath,
Allow this ball of light to expand outwards with your in-breath,
Feel it surrounding every part of you,
So this ball of light now surrounds your whole energy field,
You are one with the universal lifeforce energy,
You are one with the universe,
You are one with mother nature and the love that surrounds you.
You feel this connection move deep into your body,
All the wisdom of the universe flows through you,
Activating all aspects of your healing,
Your capabilities,
Your gifts,
Your soul all awaken as we work with this beautiful high vibrational light,
As this reiki energy continues to flow through you,
It illuminates all parts of your body,
Mind and soul,
Feel your inner power awakening.
And breathe deeply in now,
As we just allow ourselves to connect,
To feel and to be one with all that is,
With your I am presence.
As you breathe deeply in again,
We allow this energy to move back within us,
We allow it to move back into our heart and into our solar plexus,
We feel this energy moving back into our body and bring awareness once more to your breath,
Knowing that you can access this meditation,
This power within you whenever you need to and just take a moment to connect to your breath,
Bring awareness to this present moment and whenever you are ready you can open your eyes.
