Hello beautiful soul and welcome to this guided meditation designed to help you clear any energetic blocks,

Release limiting beliefs and bring in high frequency light into your energy field.

By opening up to this meditation you'll start to open pathways to profound healing and start raising your vibrational energy so you can start truly aligning with your soul gifts and soul purpose.

Throughout our lives we often accumulate energetic blocks and subconscious patterns that hinder our spiritual growth and mental wellbeing.

This meditation offers a gentle yet powerful approach in identifying and dissolving these barriers,

Allowing your energy to flow more freely.

So find a quiet comfortable space where you won't be disturbed and just allow my voice to soothely guide you towards a state of deep relaxation and gently close your eyes.

And take a deep cleansing breath in through your nose and as you exhale slowly imagine releasing any tension from your body.

Just do a couple more deep breaths and just allowing your exhale to slowly get a bit longer each time.

Just allow your muscles to relax.

Feel the expansion in your chest as you breathe deeply in and just the feel of the breath as you gently exhale.

Just allow your mind to rest in this present moment.

And now bring awareness to the top of your head.

Just visualise a warm golden light gently flowing from the universe above,

Gently touching the top of your head.

Just melting away any stress.

Allow this light to slowly flow down to your forehead,

Softening your eyes,

Relaxing your jaw.

Feel it cascading down your neck and shoulders,

Just gently releasing any burden.

Let the warmth now travel down your arms,

Into your hands and fingertips,

Soothing,

Relaxing every muscle.

Feel this golden light moving down your chest and back,

Easing any tightness that may reside there.

Allow it to flow into your abdomen,

Your hips and pelvis,

Solving any tension.

Feel the light continue down your legs,

Past your knees,

Into your ankles and finally to your feet and toes,

Grinding you to the earth's nurturing energy.

Now just bring your attention back to your breath,

Just notice the natural rhythm as you inhale and exhale.

With each inhale,

Imagine drawing in peace and tranquility.

With each exhale,

Just release any remaining tension or negativity from your body.

You are now completely relaxed in mind,

Body and soul.

Imagine now that you're in a serene,

Beautiful place in nature.

It could be a forest,

A beach,

A meadow or a garden,

Whatever feels most peaceful to you.

Before you is a path leading to this beautiful,

Sacred space.

As you walk along the path,

You feel the ground beneath your feet,

The gentle breeze on your skin,

The warmth from the sun as it shines down on you.

Now as you continue,

You come across a radiant,

Shimmering light.

This light is inviting and filled with unconditional love.

As you approach this light,

You feel its warmth enveloping you,

Wrapping you in a cocoon of safety and serenity.

Within this high vibrational cocoon of light surrounding you now,

You set the intention to release any energetic blocks or limiting beliefs that no longer serve you.

Just allow any specific thoughts,

Feelings,

Energy linked with these blocks to gently come bubbling up to the surface,

Without control,

Without attachment.

Just gently observe and allow space for this energy to slowly drift up through your energy field to be released.

Imagine these blocks coming out of your energy field like wisps of smoke.

See the radiant light surrounding you intensifying.

And as these smokes of light are drawn from your energy field,

They are then dissolved gently and effortlessly within this high vibrational light.

You see or feel these old energies being transformed into pure light,

Leaving your body and energy field clear and open.

Now visualise a beam of high-frequency crystalline light descending from above,

Entering through the top of your head.

Feel this light filling your entire being,

Illuminating every cell,

Every space within you.

As this light fills you,

Sense and feel your vibration rising.

Your energy field expanding and becoming brighter.

Allow this light to connect you with your higher self,

Aligning you with your true essence and purpose.

Take a moment to bask in this high vibrational state.

Feel the freedom,

The lightness,

The joy of being unburdened by past limitations.

And now just repeat these affirmations to yourself,

So that your thoughts now resonate with your new state of being.

I am free from all limiting beliefs.

My energy flows freely and harmoniously.

I am aligned with my highest self.

And just bring awareness to your heart and just feel the expansion of unconditional love,

Radiating forth from the light within your heart,

From your soul.

Just allow yourself to drop into that centre,

That very essence of who you are,

So that you take that essence,

That authentic truth with you for the rest of the day and beyond.

And just take another deep breath in and just gradually bring your awareness back to your physical surroundings.

Just wiggle your fingers and toes and gently stretch your body.

And whenever you're ready you can slowly open your eyes,

Carrying this sense of clarity and lightness with you.

Know that this meditation can be practised regularly to maintain a clear and vibrant energy field,

Supporting your journey toward inner freedom and enlightenment.
