Namaste Welcome to our guided meditation focusing on the qualities of Lord Ganesha,

The remover of all obstacles.

Find a quiet,

Comfortable place to sit or lie down,

Whatever makes you feel most comfortable.

Allow your spine to be tall,

But relaxed.

Gently close your eyes and bring your awareness to this present moment.

This moment is all that matters,

Not the past and not the future,

Just this moment.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Hold it for a moment,

And slowly exhale through your mouth.

Again,

Breathe in deeply,

Hold,

And exhale,

Releasing any tension.

One more deep breath in,

And a soft,

Complete breath out.

Gently allow your breath to settle into its natural rhythm,

Feeling each inhalation and exhalation calming,

Relaxing you more and more deeply.

Now,

Bring to mind the image of Lord Ganesha.

He's the gentle,

Elephant-headed deity that sits very peacefully.

See his ears,

Listening with compassion.

His broken tusk,

A symbol of wisdom and sacrifice.

His pot belly,

Holding the sweetness of life.

Feel this presence beside you,

Steady,

Kind,

Relaxed,

And protective.

Silently repeat this intention,

Lord Ganesha,

Remover of obstacles,

Guide me on my path with wisdom and courage.

As you breathe,

Imagine the Lord Ganesha's blessing flowing graciously through your body.

Feel a warm,

Soothing light at the crown of your head,

Relaxing your scalp and forehead.

Let this light drift down to your eyes,

Your cheeks,

Your jaw,

Unclenching,

Softening.

Feel your neck and shoulders releasing all burdens,

Relaxing,

Melting into calm.

Let this warmth travel down your arms,

Into your hands and fingertips.

Each breath carrying away all the tension.

Gently bring your focus to your chest and heart.

Imagine Lord Ganesha's energy opening your heart,

Filling it with trust and love.

Allow the warmth to move down to your belly,

Soothing and healing.

Relax your hips,

Your thighs,

Knees,

And calves.

All the way to your feet and toes.

Your whole body is now calm,

Open and protected.

Now,

See before you a path,

Your life's journey.

Notice any obstacles on this path,

Any worries,

Doubts or fears.

See Lord Ganesha standing beside you,

His gentle trunk clearing all these blocks from your way.

One by one.

Watch as your path becomes clear and inviting.

Feel the lightness in your heart as burdens just lift away.

Know that you have the courage and the wisdom to move forward.

Guided and protected.

Silently repeat after me.
