There are people in this world who are obsessed with you,

They are obsessed with your leadership,

They are obsessed with how you carry yourself,

But many will never tell you that.

And the reason why people are obsessed with you is because you remind people of their true power.

That is what you do.

You make people feel something about themselves.

You remind people of their true purpose,

And you remind people that they are not alone.

But for whatever reason,

You're waiting for somebody to validate you.

You're waiting for someone to let you know they're thinking of you,

That it's time to rise up,

To give you permission to be your most powerful,

Authentic self.

I'm here to remind you to stop waiting for that day.

Leaders like you do not need that validation.

Leaders like you don't wait for someone to tell them that they're awesome.

You just are awesome.

You just are committed.

You just are thoughtful,

And you just are strong,

No matter what.

Stop waiting for people,

Because people are fickle anyways.

Let go of the validation,

That you are hanging onto.

Those things are draining you,
