In this guided meditation, we will embark on a journey of inner healing for either physical or emotional trauma. With the use of ASMR, we go into a meditative state where we can visualize our own healing power and focus it on the areas of ourselves that need to be healed.

Welcome to this guided meditation.

In today's practice we will take a step towards inner healing while using ASMR to enhance your meditative state.

Close your eyes and take a moment to center yourself in this meditation.

Allow your breath to become calm and steady,

Inviting a sense of relaxation into your body.

Breathe in slowly through your nose and gently exhale through your mouth.

Try to continue exhaling until you can feel your lungs are completely empty.

Then breathe in again slowly.

Find a rhythm that calms you and feels comfortable.

As you continue to breathe,

Bring your awareness to the concept of inner healing.

Visualize a soft,

Radiant light glowing at the center of your being,

Representing the inert healing energy within you.

Imagine this healing light expanding and spreading throughout your entire body,

Gently illuminating every cell and fiber.

Feel its warm and comforting presence,

Bathing you in a soothing embrace.

As you connect with this healing light,

Invite any areas of tension,

Pain or emotional wounds to come to your awareness.

Touch them with kindness and compassion,

Recognizing that they are part of your unique journey.

Try to visualize the place in your body that needs healing.

If you are healing an emotional trauma,

You can visualize your heart or your mind.

Allow the healing light to envelop these areas with tenderness and care.

Imagine it seeping into the depths of any emotional wounds,

Soothing and nurturing them.

Feel a gentle release as any heaviness or burden begins to dissipate.

With each breath,

Imagine the healing light growing stronger and brighter,

Expanding its reach to every corner of your being.

As it spreads,

It brings with it a sense of renewal,

Rejuvenation and restoration.

Visualize the healing light infusing your thoughts,

Emotions and memories.

Let it touch the spaces within you that are in need of healing and transformation.

Sense the power of this light as it gently dissolves any negative patterns,

Beliefs or limitations that no longer serve you.

As the healing light continues to work its magic,

Feel a sense of peace and wholeness washing over you.

Allow yourself to release any attachments to past hurts or grievances.

Embrace forgiveness and let go.

Take a moment to express gratitude for your body,

Mind and spirit,

Recognizing their resilience and capacity for healing.

Offer yourself words of love and encouragement.

I am deserving of healing and wholeness.

I release any pain or suffering that no longer serves me.

I am open to the transformative power of inner healing.

Bask in the gentle presence of the healing light,

Allowing it to infuse your entire being with a renewed sense of vitality and well-being.

Feel the healing energy radiating from within,

Emanating outwards and touching every aspect of your life.

Lastly,

Give yourself thanks for taking this time to nurture and heal yourself.

This is only a small step,

But you have dedicated time to yourself today,

And over time you will feel stronger and more connected with yourself through your meditations.

When you are ready,

Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly,

Grounding yourself in the present moment.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Bring your awareness back to your physical surroundings.

Know that this inner healing process is ongoing and that you can return to this meditation whenever you need to reconnect with your innate capacity for healing.

Embrace the journey of inner healing,

Knowing that you are deserving of wholeness,

Love and well-being.

Open your eyes with a renewed sense of inner peace and a deep knowing that the power to heal lies within you.
