It is now time for a journey that will take you to a very special place.
Trust in Reiki,
Trust in the chakra ray symbol,
Remain open and follow.
I would now like you to visualise that you are standing at the entrance to a beautiful forest,
There is a path that cuts through the forest,
This is your simple path to a very special place.
The chakra ray symbol appears,
Floating gently in front of you and about two foot away.
You immediately know that it is the right thing to do,
You immediately know that you should follow the symbol,
There is a gentle warm breeze that begins to flow behind you,
You can feel it on the back of your head,
On your hair,
On your body,
This all knowing breeze pushes the chakra ray symbol gently away from you and it is time to follow.
As you step onto the path,
Focus on the symbol,
Negativity simply can't exist here,
Focus on the symbol and feel the warmth beneath your feet,
You walk into the forest,
Your breathing should be deep but controlled,
Your focus should be on the chakra ray symbol,
You can sense that all is well in the forest,
Each step feel more peaceful,
The colours become more vibrant,
The sounds become more natural and you are able to leave behind anything that does not serve your greatest and highest good.
Focus on the symbol as it moves gently in front of you,
You can see just in the distance beams of golden light punch through the trees and fall upon the path where you know you will tread,
This is an assurance that you are about to visit a very special place,
Your breathing should be deep but controlled,
Your focus should remain gently upon the chakra ray symbol,
You can now see that there is an opening in the forest,
The chakra ray symbol leaves the forest and hangs gently in the air just inside the opening,
As you arrive you notice it is a beautiful meadow,
The breeze that has brought you here blows the dry warm grass,
If there are flowers in your meadow they are the most amazing colours you have ever seen,
If there is a fragrance it is angelic,
You know this place,
It is your true self,
True essence of who you really are,
By focusing upon the symbol you have been able to step inside,
There is no ego,
Just pure reiki energy,
You,
The meadow falls away gently down the hill,
The bottom of the hill is an ancient tree,
And beyond the tree are beautiful rolling green fields that meet a bright blue sky,
I would now like you to sit and rest in the meadow,
The chakra ray symbol gently floats away slowly but purposefully into the distance,
Remain focused as the gentle breeze upon your back,
The warm breeze blows it until it rests just above the ancient tree,
With the symbol here you are able to take in the wonderful views,
Whilst remaining focused upon the symbol and the ancient tree,

The warm knowing breeze changes direction,
Now blows gently towards you,
Feel its warmth on your face,
On your hair,
On your body,
The grass in the meadow now blows and sways in your direction,
As a result chakra ray symbol floats gently back towards you,
If you're looking for guidance,
It will come in on the breeze,
If you're looking for healing,
It will come in on the breeze,
And if you're looking for peace,
It will come in on the breeze,
As a result chakra ray symbol moves gently towards you,
And stops within touching distance in front of your heart chakra,
Reach out and take the symbol and bring it into your heart chakra,
Gently caress the symbol against your body,
And feel as it gently liquefies and is absorbed into the heart chakra,
Feel the effect of becoming one with Reiki,
There is now a beautiful golden light that shines down,
