Above you, The sky is a big, Blue blanket. It's gently tucking you in. Take a deep breath. Feel your toes relax. Your legs grow heavy. Your tummy rises and falls like a sleepy prairie breeze. All around you, The prairie is quiet. The birds are wrestling in their nests. The deer are curled up underneath a tree. Even the flowers have closed their eyes.
