Welcome to this guided meditation where we gather gratitude.

My name is Zoe and I'm glad you're here sharing a few moments of stillness with me.

As we begin find a comfortable position where you can fully relax.

Allow your body to settle into stillness and gently close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale release any tension or stress you may be carrying.

Let yourself arrive fully in this moment,

In the here and now.

Let's start by bringing our awareness inward to the center of our being.

Begin by focusing on your breath,

Feeling it flow naturally in and out.

With each breath invite a sense of calmness and ease to wash over you.

Now slowly bring to mind something in your life that you are grateful for.

It could be a person,

A place,

An experience,

Or even a simple moment that brought you joy.

Allow this feeling of gratitude to fill your heart.

Feel it expand within you like a warm glowing starlight radiating from your chest.

Let this gratitude fill every corner of your being nourishing your body,

Mind,

And soul.

Notice how this feeling of gratitude is not just a fleeting emotion but a deep and abiding presence.

It is a reminder of the abundance that exists within your life no matter the challenges you face.

Take a moment to sit with this gratitude,

Allowing it to grow and deepen within you.

Now let's begin to expand this feeling of gratitude beyond ourselves.

Imagine this warm light of gratitude radiating out from your heart like ripples in a pond.

With each breath let these ripples extend further and further beyond the boundaries of your body.

See this light of gratitude extending to the people around you,

Your family,

Your friends,

Your community.

Feel how your gratitude touches them,

Connecting you in a web of love and appreciation.

As the lights continues to expand,

Imagine it reaching out to the world beyond your immediate surroundings.

See it touching the trees,

The rivers,

The mountains,

And the oceans.

Feel your gratitude merging with the natural world,

Becoming one with the earth beneath you,

The sky above you,

And the air around you.

Allow your gratitude to flow even further out into the vastness of the universe.

Feel it reaching the stars,

The galaxies,

And the infinite space that surrounds us.

In this moment know that your gratitude is a part of something much greater than yourself,

An integral part of the endless interconnected web of existence.

Gratitude is not just a momentary feeling,

But an ongoing journey,

A path that we walk every day.

It is a practice that we cultivate,

Nurturing it with each breath,

Each thought,

And each action.

As you sit in this space,

Reflect on how this journey of gratitude has shaped your life.

Recognize the moments of grace that have brought you to where you are today,

And the countless opportunities you have to express gratitude in your daily life.

Know that this journey doesn't end here in this moment.

Gratitude is a continuous flow,

A river that runs through your life,

Connecting you to everything and everyone around you.

It is an ever present reminder of the beauty and wonder that exists within you and all around you.

As we bring this meditation to a close,

Take a deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

Gently bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Feel the ground beneath you,

The air on your skin,

And the beating of your heart.

Carry this feeling of gratitude with you as you go about your day,

Knowing that it is always there,

Ready to guide and support you on your journey.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes and take a moment to notice how you feel.

Grounded,

Connected,

And filled with gratitude.
