This meditation is for when you feel like you need to clear out the mental fog,
Come back into your body to get more grounded and connected and tap into more clarity.
If you aren't already,
Take a moment to lie down or sit seated with your back straight and gently close your eyes.
Take a moment to witness these moments.
Now take a moment to take a deep inhale into your belly and an exhale that's even slower than the inhale.
And do that a second time.
Deep inhale into the belly and an even slower exhale through the lips and for this final breath on the exhale,
Allow yourself to melt into the ground.
As you're exhaling and melting into the ground,
Bring your awareness into your seat,
Into your core,
Into your root chakra,
Any one of those areas or holding the awareness of all of them is fine.
And from this place,
You can send grounding roots into Mother Earth from your root chakra,
From the base of your spine,
From your seat down into the earth,
Sending those roots far and wide and deep.
And now take a moment to do some cleaning,
To clear out any fog or cobwebs or dust in the corners or under the shelves and use this metaphorically for your mind,
Your body.
Do this with your imagination.
Scan your body from head to toe and allow yourself to follow where intuition is taking you into the spaces,
Into the places,
Into the areas that could use a little cleaning.
Just take a moment to dust the shelves,
Clear out the fog,
Maybe open the windows.
Remember this is all metaphorically,
I'll give you a moment to do that.
Now,
Take a moment to become a witness to what is present and unfolding within you,
Around you,
And a part of you.
And now take a moment to visualize yourself walking up to a beautiful golden stream.
And on the bank of this golden stream,
You see a box.
Take a moment and put in this box any worries,
Thoughts,
Or anything that you want to leave behind for a moment,
Knowing that when you come back to the box,
You may pick them back up,
Or you can leave them for the stream to clean when you are complete.
So just take a moment and put any worries,
Thoughts,
Heaviness into that box.
Once you put everything in the box,
You can close it.
This box is special,
Where it automatically locks and nobody else can come open your box.
It is specific to you.
This golden river is unique in that you can be in it,
Lie in it,
Float in it effortlessly.
It'll gently and slowly take you into the river.
And while you're in this golden river,
This golden stream,
The water will clear out anything that's no longer serving you.
So you can just release and let go.
So whenever you're ready,
Enter into the golden stream.
You notice up ahead,
There's an exit.
And the water asks you if you'd like to take it.
And with your yes,
This golden stream gently lifts you out of the stream and onto the banks of the golden stream,
Places you gently back on land,
And lets you know that you can return any time that you would like to.
Any time that you would like to receive guidance,
A reset,
Clarity,
Or pure relaxation.
So you make your way back up the path.
As you come out of the depths of your subconscious,
You gently wiggle your fingers and wiggle your toes.
You can gently move your torso around,
Just gently.
Perhaps you give yourself a hug.
And when you're ready,
You can gently,
Gently open your eyes.
