This meditation is perfect for when you feel like you need to clear out your auric field and to completely reset all of your entanglements,
Connections,
And anything else known or unknown that is present in your energetic field.
We will start with taking three deep breaths.
You can inhale and exhale when you're ready.
Inhale through your nose.
Exhale when you're ready.
Final inhale.
And exhale when you're ready.
Imagine the energy around you in this current moment.
Imagine what may be present,
Whether it be cords that are connected to you,
Energy from people that you may or may not have picked up out in the world,
Energy from conversations and connections and cords and bindings from conversations.
Imagine what may be currently present in your energetic body,
Your light body,
And your auric field.
Imagine all of those connections,
Cords,
Vines,
And hooks turning into gold and or bright white light.
Seeing all of the entanglements,
Seeing all of the connections,
Seeing all of the energy in your space,
Seeing it turn gold and or bright white.
Next we invite in your guides,
Teachers,
And all beings of 100% God light to help you in clearing your energy field and releasing all that is not yours,
Known or unknown.
Releasing it all into a safe space,
Releasing it all from your field and allowing everything that's not serving you and that's not of your highest good to be released.
Invite in a shower,
Invite in white light to completely embody you from head to toe.
This white light covers you from your higher self,
Your eighth chakra,
All the way through your crown chakra,
Your third eye chakra,
Down into the throat chakra and around your body through your heart chakra,
Your solar plexus,
Your sacral and your root chakras,
All the way down about a foot below you to your zero chakra and beyond.
Allow this white light to cleanse,
To remove all energy that is not of your highest good in this exact moment.
Allow this white light to clear,
Reset,
And recharge your energetic body,
Which will then recharge your physical,
Mental,
And emotional bodies.
Take a moment and smile as you enjoy the feeling and the presence of this energy with you right now.
I invite you to visualize any entanglements,
Cords,
Hooks,
Bindings.
I invite you to imagine any of these being released,
Untangled,
Let go,
Unplugged,
And completely removed so that all the energy in your field that you are aware of in this present moment and all the energy that you are unaware of in this present moment to be in the most supportive,
Aligned,
High vibrational energy field.
Now go into your heart space and fill your heart space with a bright white golden energy.
And imagine this ball of energy expanding with each inhale and each exhale as you fill it with more and more prana.
Allow this energy to expand and create a Taurus field around you and imagine and allow this Taurus field to completely embody you and allow it to at the same time expand out into your environment,
Out into the universe.
Knowing that this bright gold white light is always available to you,
Will always come back to you,
Will always return back to you as a way to cleanse and level up and improve your current state of being.
This energy is one that is available to you at all times.
Ground this energy by sending this light down into the core of the earth,
Down into Mother Gaia and send this down like a root going all the way down into Mother Gaia as a way to ground you in this moment in your truth and your authentic knowingness.
Allow this light to ground you into all of your knowing of who you truly and authentically are.
Allow this moment to remind you of everything that you have to offer both to yourself and out into the world.
Now see one more stream and shower of bright white light coming down through your higher self encompassing your entire body cleansing all of your energetic fields.
Allow this light to bathe you and to completely clear out anything known or unknown that is not of your highest good in this moment.
Allow the light and allow your guides to assist in the cleansing of your energetic body knowing that they will handle all of the energy and ensure that it goes to the right place.
See this energy flowing through you and down and releasing through that grounding tube.
Your energy has now been cleansed.
When you are ready,
You may open your eyes knowing that you were refreshed and ready to take on the rest of your day.
