This meditation is for when you're feeling off balance,
Or perhaps you've really gone into overthinking,
Maybe taken on the energy from others as an empath,
Or perhaps you're just wanting a reset,
To reground,
To be able to connect back with your own energy and your own frequency.
So if you aren't already,
Find a comfortable seat,
Sitting or lying,
A place where you can easily connect to your body,
Whether it's important for you to feel your sit bones on the seat or the bed or the floor,
Or for you to have that additional touch point on the ground with your feet,
Or if you feel like it's more supportive to have the entire back side of you on the floor or the bed,
The carpet or the grass,
Wherever you are in this moment,
And give yourself a moment to just notice.
Notice where your energy is currently,
Notice how the energy feels or looks,
Or that maybe it's that intuitive knowing.
Just notice how the energy is in your body and in the field around you.
Taking in a deep inhale into the belly,
And an even slower exhale through the mouth,
And another inhale through the belly,
And another inhale into the belly,
And a slow exhale,
Allowing you to land in your body.
And on this inhale and exhale,
I want to invite you to really land with your awareness and your presence in your body.
So inhaling through your nose,
And exhaling slowly through your mouth.
Taking a moment to connect to the sensations in your body.
Noticing the sensation in your feet and your legs,
And in your thighs and your torso,
Your back and your shoulders,
And your arms down through your fingertips.
Continuing to notice the sensation in your neck,
In your head,
And now allowing yourself to imagine,
Feel,
Experience a melting sensation as if you're a fondue station,
Or a chocolate station,
Or a slow trickle water flowing out from your head,
Melting down your shoulders,
Melting down your torso,
Melting down your legs and your thighs,
Through your calves and your shins,
And down through your feet and toes.
Continuing to connect with this melting sensation,
Allowing the stress,
The energy of others,
Anything that's not serving you,
To just melt and roll right off,
And release from your energy.
Clearing out anything that's no longer serving you,
Washing away and melting,
Any connections,
Energy that's no longer needed,
Allowing that extra energy from your head and the mental space in your brain to just melt and release down your body,
Melting down your torso and your legs to your feet.
Now I'm going to invite you to take a moment to connect physically with your body.
So for example,
You could take your hands,
Place them on your arms,
Your shoulders,
As if you're giving yourself a hug,
Or maybe perhaps it feels more aligned to you to roll on your side in a fetal position,
Wrapping your arms around your legs,
Embracing yourself,
Or any other way you feel guided to embrace yourself,
To hold yourself.
And in this embrace,
Allow yourself to feel received,
Loved,
Cared for,
And held.
And now gently releasing this embrace,
Noticing yourself soften in the shoulders,
And you return to your seated or lying position,
Taking a moment to place your hand on your heart,
Connecting with yourself and the energy of your heart,
Saying out loud,
Or whispering or to yourself,
I love you,
I am here for you,
It is safe to be me.
And you can lower your hand or your hands into your lap or on your belly,
Or perhaps down to your sides,
Wherever is most comfortable.
Take one final moment to cleanse and reset by visualizing a golden white light streaming down your body,
Your crown,
Cleansing,
Clearing,
Clearing out any connections,
Any energy,
Any old stories and limiting beliefs,
Clearing out anything that's not your highest and best good.
And so it is.
And when you're ready,
You can gently,
Gently open your eyes.
