In this meditation we will be guiding you home to yourself.
For the home is not anything outside of ourselves.
It's not an external place,
Person,
Or being.
Home is within us when we slow down,
When we quiet ourselves in the outside world,
When we allow ourselves to sit with and gently,
Compassionately,
Lovingly accept all parts of us.
And so I invite you now to find a comfortable position for this meditation.
Perhaps laying down on your back or maybe sitting upright with a straight spine,
Shoulders relaxed,
Releasing the jaw,
The space between your eyebrows,
And just allowing your body to become heavier.
If it feels safe for you,
Closing your eyes or finding a soft gaze and drawing your attention inward to your breath.
Just gently notice where your breath may be living in this moment and begin to deepen your inhale and your exhale.
Perhaps on the exhale allowing a soft sigh.
And imagine a powerful magnet at the center of your chest within your heart space.
Notice the breath entering into this space within your chest.
As you continue to breathe in and breathe out,
Imagine this magnetic field growing.
Maybe bringing the breath into the chest,
Into the heart space.
Feel as your chest expands outward and your belly following.
And perhaps a green light starts to appear within your mind's eye.
This magnetic field growing stronger and stronger,
Pouring out from your heart space.
And place both hands on your heart and feel into this energy.
Allow your hands to hold this energy.
And as you breathe,
Imagine all of the lost parts of you slowly returning to you as if you're pulling them into your hearts through this magnetic field.
The parts of you that have been lost through traumatic experiences,
Heartbreak,
Pain,
Rejection,
Abandonment,
Disappointment.
The parts of you who have been underestimated and shot down.
The parts of you who have been told that they were too loud,
Too proud,
Too much.
The parts of you who have been told that you are not enough,
Not good enough,
Not smart enough,
Not pretty enough,
Not cool enough.
The parts of you who have been lost from not feeling truly seen,
Understood,
Heard,
Or known in moments when you needed it the most.
Continue feeling this magnetic field around you,
Pulling in these parts of you.
And I invite you now to repeat out loud,
Or in your mind,
I call all lost parts of me home.
I call all lost parts of me home.
I call all lost parts of me home.
And continue breathing as these parts of you are effortlessly pulled home into your heart.
The place that has so much space for them to be as they are.
In unconditional love and acceptance.
Repeating out loud,
Or in your mind,
I am home.
I am home.
I am home.
Take a deep breath in and hold it at the peak.
Seal it all in.
And sigh it out.
Another deep breath in,
Holding at the peak again.
Sealing this all in,
Sealing in the fullness of you.
Inside out.
Keeping your hands over your heart space.
Maybe the green light is still in your mind's eye.
That magnetic field always there around your heart.
Feel into the fullness of your being in this moment.
All parts of you are allowed here.
All parts of you are welcome here.
All parts of you are accepted here.
And all parts of you are loved here.
All is worthy and all is welcome.
You are home.
For the rest of your day,
Hold all these parts of you both gently and fiercely.
And when you're ready,
Slight wiggle of your fingers and toes.
Bringing in some grounding touch and gently wrapping your arms around yourself.
Giving yourself a big squeeze and holding yourself in this fullness.
And remember that you are always home,
Wherever you go.
