Just closing your eyes or lowering your gaze and just giving yourself permission to take just a few moments out from your busy day to release what is not yours and come back to what is true for you.
Taking these deep breaths in through your nose and breathing out through your mouth.
With every in-breath,
Drawing your breath deep down into your belly and as you exhale just completely emptying your lungs,
Feeling your shoulders sink down,
Your mouth and your jaw relax,
Any tension you've been holding in your back just begins to melt away.
As you relax deeper into the support beneath you,
If any thoughts come up at all in your mind just breathing them away,
Releasing these thoughts with every out-breath and if you do find that your mind begins to wander,
Just come back to the sound of my voice and bring yourself back to this moment.
In just a moment,
We will take five deep breaths and as you exhale,
Allow yourself to drift deeper and deeper into this state of calm.
Taking your first deep breath in,
Relaxing and releasing all the tension you've been holding onto.
Breathing in,
Holding and release all of the energy of your day.
Breathing in,
Holding,
Release as you sink deeper and deeper.
Breathing in,
Holding and release.
We'll take one more deep cleansing breath in and relax and release the breath.
I invite you to just take a moment here to bring your focus down to the base of your spine and take a moment to ground your energy so you can see or feel tree roots moving slowly down through your thighs,
Down through your knees and through your lower legs,
Down through your ankles and your feet and allow these powerful tree roots to bury deep down into the earth beneath you.
Just breathing here for a moment,
Feeling supported,
Feeling grounded,
Feeling safe,
Knowing that these roots are supporting your mind,
Your body and your energy,
Helping you release what is no longer yours and come back to what is true to you.
And as you feel this support,
I'd like you to begin to imagine a beautiful glow just above the top of your head.
You notice or feel this beautiful golden ball of light just above your head centre,
Above the top of your head.
This powerful ball of light acts as a magnet,
Drawing out the energy,
The thought,
The questions,
The doubt or the chaos that's been fogging your mind.
Just allow this ball of light to draw out anything that is not yours.
With every out-breath,
Releasing this energy.
You may feel a slight pulling sensation at your head and if you feel that,
That's okay,
Just feel into that feeling as you allow this release to take place.
Relaxing on your breath,
Releasing with every out-breath,
Knowing that it's safe to let these thoughts go,
Safe to release the self-doubt,
Safe to release the thoughts and the opinions that are not yours and just begin to start feeling your face relax.
As you feel your forehead becoming softer,
The tension in your jaw begins to melt away and you feel yourself coming back to what is true for you.
Just spend a few more moments here in this space of stillness,
Bringing order to chaos,
Bringing calm and tranquillity,
Becoming a clear channel for your own powerful guidance to come through and take one last deep in-breath and as you release,
You let go of anything else you've been holding onto,
Your whole body relaxes,
You feel clear,
You feel calm,
You feel connected to your own guidance and just breathing into that feeling,
Breathing into that calm and in a few moments,
I'll begin to guide you back.
For now,
Just know that you can return to this meditation any time that you need to clear the energy and the thoughts of others and come back to your power.
So as you take your breaths now,
Becoming aware of the sound of your breathing,
You may like to start wiggling your toes and your fingers,
Gently moving your neck and your head,
You can gently move your shoulders and in just a moment,
When you feel ready,
You can open your eyes and return,
Feeling calm,
Feeling clear and connected to your power.
