Focus breathing is the technique of all techniques.

When you focus on your breathing,

Everything else will be taken care of by God.

Focus breathing is the most powerful process of all processes.

When you are focused upon your breathing,

You cannot be focused upon anything that troubles you.

As you focus deliberately upon breathing,

Everything that you want starts to flow into your life.

It is law.

Breathing is the answer.

It is the best part of meditation,

The best part of yoga,

The best part of running.

It is being in the zone.

Sit in a quiet room,

Wear comfortable clothes and close your eyes.

Place both of your hands on your heart and relax your whole body now.

Take a deep breath,

Breathing from your nose.

Breathe in.
