In this meditation,

You can allow yourself to be yourself and expand your being through the experience of being loved and joy.

Sit down with your back straight and your feet flat on the ground.

Take three deep breaths to calm down.

While breathing out,

Let go of your worries and thoughts by breathing them down through your body into the ground.

Set your mind at ease.

Bring yourself to center.

Imagine yourself walking on a little forest path into the rainforest.

What can you see?

What can you hear?

How big are the trees around you?

Is there a lot of undergrowth?

You hear all these wild,

Tropical birds.

You enter a clearing in the trees.

You can see a big rock and you sit down for a while.

Now sense the vastness of trees around you.

Now sense the life all around you.

You can hear water splashing.

You can get up and follow the sound.

How does your waterfall look like?

Is it a small waterfall dripping down from a moss overgrown cliff?

Or is it a large waterfall splashing down a big stream five stories high?

And a nice ledge where you can enjoy being splashed with this magical water,

Showering you in the most wonderful way.

It is a warm and sunny day and the water is soft and cool,

Just the right temperature to refresh you.

While showering,

All worries,

All negative thoughts are washed away with this magical water.

When you feel purified from the water,

Step out of the ledge and overlook the stream rushing down into the plains.

Your gaze is clear and you can look far,

Far away.

What do you see?

Do you enjoy this view?

Now your guardian angel is joining you.

He stands right next to you.

He cares about you deeply.

He wishes for your well-being all the time.

Now imagine this angel showering you with angelic love.

Maybe it looks like white light or golden light that surrounds you.

Maybe it feels like a wave of warm energy going through you.

Feel this unconditional love.

Stay in this state for a while.

Now the angel steps away.

He is not far away,

Always close by.

Thank the angel for the support he gave you.

If you like,

You can jump into the pool below the waterfall.

It is a joyful experience to splash into the water.

Now you can stand in the water.

The water raises about waist high.

Now imagine ten people that you like standing around you,

Showering you with love.

Now imagine a hundred people around you,

Showering you with their love.

Now imagine a thousand people standing around you and showering you with their love.

Feel this sense of love all around you.

Stay in this state as long as you like.

Bask in this love.

Absorb it into the last corner of your body,

Into every cell,

Until you feel radiating it out into the world.

Now it is time.

Step out of the water and onto a forest path,

Leading you back out of the forest.

Take with you this feeling of being loved.

And remember,

Unconditional love is our natural state of being.

And know that you are worthy of love,

Wherever you are.

Slowly come back to the room where you sit.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Take a couple of deep breaths and gently,

Gently open your eyes.
