So here we are,

Today.

You've come here for some time out for yourself.

So make yourself as comfortable as possible.

Make sure there are no distractions,

You've switched your phone off,

And you have 15 or 20 minutes to yourself.

Sitting comfortably,

Very relaxed,

With your feet on the floor,

Your hands in your lap,

And your spine straight.

Just allowing yourself to be supported in the chair,

Allowing yourself to tune in and to notice what's going on inside.

And whatever is going on,

Allowing yourself to accept it,

To be okay with it.

As you begin to notice your breathing,

As you begin to notice your feet on the floor,

As you begin to notice yourself relaxing,

Allowing your body to find a really comfortable position,

Dropping your shoulders,

Letting go of any tension,

As you welcome yourself to this sacred time that you have created for yourself.

And just imagining at the centre of your chest,

A flower,

A rose perhaps.

And just imagining this flower opening just a little,

As you breathe in,

Allowing the flower to open just a little.

And noticing as you breathe in and out,

The rise and fall of your chest,

And noticing your belly underneath your chest,

And imagining just beneath your belly button that the sea is rushing in.

Just imagining the energy of the sea rushing in.

And above that,

At the centre of your chest,

The flower opening even more.

And moving up further to your head,

Just imagining yourself sitting in a cave right at the back of your head.

And allowing yourself to move from your head centre to your heart centre,

The flower,

All the way down to your power centre,

The sea,

As it rushes in.

Just allowing yourself to feel all three centres at once.

And using your heart centre now to imagine a life,

To imagine a life where you are filled completely,

Where you are filled completely with love,

With compassion,

For yourself and for everyone around you.

Just allowing your heart centre to experience that,

To imagine that.

What would it feel like to completely accept yourself?

What would it feel like to completely accept anything you've ever done?

What would it feel like to completely accept every feeling,

Every thought that you have in every moment?

And as you begin to get a sense of what that might look like,

Just connecting in with your head centre now,

As you sit at the back of the cave,

Sitting right at the back of your skull,

And looking out through your forehead,

And just seeing that life that your heart centre has created,

Seeing that kind of life.

And just noticing what kind of a change that would make to you.

Could you allow yourself to live that way?

Could you allow yourself to be completely at ease with everything,

To accept everything and to judge nothing?

Can you begin to imagine what that life would look like?

So filling in the picture as you look out through the top of your forehead,

It's almost like there's a beam of light going out from the back of your skull all the way to this vision that you have.

This life that you are creating by these very thoughts you are having right now.

Accepting the responsibility for that is the first step,

That you are creating your life by the very thoughts you have right now.

So fine-tuning your thoughts,

Using your heart centre to fine-tune them more and more,

So you're completely in harmony with your deepest desires.

And using the power of your visualisation to create that future as you look out through your forehead,

What do you see?

What do you hear?

What do you feel?

Just imagining yourself with a big smile on your face,

You are surrounded by things and people that you love.

You feel so much better,

You feel so much at ease.

It's like you have unlocked so much energy by finally doing the things you wanted to do,

Living the life you've always wanted to live.

You've finally given yourself permission to follow your spirit and just noticing how that feels for you today.

The freedom to live your life the way you've always wanted to.

The sense of unity,

The sense of harmony you can feel in your mind,

Your heart,

Your body are all connected and singing the same tune,

Where the internal war has stopped,

Where you're no longer fighting with yourself.

And tuning in now to how that feels for you,

As you keep focusing on this vision of you,

This image you have of yourself living a certain way and being a certain way.

Just noticing the energy around you and the energy in the scene you've created.

Noticing the happiness,

The joy,

The peace,

The sense of purpose,

The feeling of aliveness.

Noticing how that feels for you and how it feels to see it in the eyes of others around you,

To hear it in the words of others that you have given permission to.

By living your own life exactly as you've always wanted to,

You have given others around you the same permission to live their lives.

And so no one is holding anything back.

And each one begins to recognize the sacredness of each unique person in the scene.

Just really painting in the colors,

The vibrancy,

The aliveness in that scene.

Noticing how your body responds to that,

How it feels more true to who you really are.

And recognizing perhaps that in various ways you have sabotaged yourself,

You have allowed yourself to be conditioned.

And accepting all of that as being okay too.

Because as you create this new vision of yourself and as you feel the impact of that physically in your body,

Automatically you're taking a step towards it.

So just noticing yourself taking a step towards that vision right now.

And every time you reconnect with that vision,

You take a step even closer and even closer.

Until one day you finally step right in to that vision you have and it becomes real.

And you can really feel the energy of that,

How real it is as you finally step into it.

And it's so easy,

So effortless,

It's almost like your mind can't handle it.

But your body knows,

You can feel the ease,

You can feel the expansion.

You can feel that sense of aliveness in every cell as you step right into that vision of you.

So just allowing yourself to really feel the energy of that vision.

To really sense right here,

Right now,

How that feels,

How that impacts.

And allowing yourself to breathe.

Breathing the energy of that new you into every cell in your body.

Allowing the flower at the centre of your heart to open even more as you breathe in that acceptance,

That aliveness,

That sense of purpose,

That passion,

That peace,

That effortlessness.

Letting all of that right in through your heart centre.

And feeling your body respond to that.

And noticing how good it feels.

And recognising that each time you do this,

You step even closer to the reality of that vision that you have imagined.

Each time you do this,

You step even closer.

So feeling that sense of lightness in every cell in your body as you slowly,

Slowly become aware of your breathing again.

And using the out-breath to gently close over the flower at the centre of your heart.

Just closing the flower.

Allowing it to close.

Just becoming aware of yourself sitting in the chair.

Becoming aware again of your breathing.

Becoming aware of the temperature of the air.

Becoming aware of any sounds around you.

As you slowly come back,

Back to the room,

Back to yourself.

And very gently allowing yourself to open your eyes.

Opening your eyes now.

And staying with this feeling of relaxation.

Stretching yourself perhaps a little bit.

Wiggling your toes and your fingers as you get ready to enter your day,

Or your evening,

Or whatever it is you are doing.
