This Happiness Guided Meditation session is aimed at people who want to feel happier and increase their good vibes. While some factors that affect happiness are out of our control, there are always actions we can take to increase our happiness. One is by starting to be good to yourself. That may sound self-evident, but too many people try to achieve happiness by either making other people happy or by chasing ever-higher goals or holding themselves to ever-greater standards of perfection. In this session we will help you to be good to yourself, to achieve your goals and in turn bring yourself more self-confidence and happiness. We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind to create new neural pathways to feeling and being happier.

Welcome to House of Wellbeing.

This guided meditation audio will use powerful techniques to help you sink into a deep state of relaxation.

So please be sure that wherever you're listening to this audio you're in a safe and comfortable place free from distractions where you can fully relax and let go.

Please make sure you're sitting or lying comfortably in a place where you're free from interruption where you can focus only on yourself and enjoy this time just for you.

Should you need to open your eyes at any time your subconscious mind will alert you and you'll easily come out of this beautiful state of relaxation.

But for now make sure your head is fully supported and that you're as comfortable as you can be as you gently close your eyes and begin your journey of enhanced physical and mental well-being.

Settle down into a comfortable position and gently close your eyes.

I want you to notice any muscle where you feel tension.

And then allow these muscles to relax and let go of any tension.

Feel the tension.

Hold it for five seconds.

And then let it go.

Feel any tension all the way from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.

Allow your shoulders to sink into the frame of your body.

Feel any tension in your jaws as you release the tension and gently open your mouth.

All the time breathing in relaxation and calmness.

And breathing out tension,

Stress,

Worries or anxieties.

Allow your breath now to slow right down as you listen to my voice as I guide you through a journey of healing and calm.

Today I choose to be happy.

As my happiness comes from within.

I have the power and the control to be happy.

I am positive.

I am positive and I have positive experiences.

I am confident and I have confident actions.

I have a lot to be grateful for.

Appreciating the little things in my life.

Content and happy with the people I surround myself with.

Relationships are important to me.

Bringing me happiness more than material things.

I find happiness in doing things that I love and enjoy.

Hobbies and passions that I choose to ignite and pursue.

I am worthy of feeling joy.

As I give myself permission to be happy in life.

I deserve to be happy today and every day.

I feel open and ready to embrace happiness.

I am destined to live a happy life.

I feel calmer as I worry less.

Happiness is now the dominant emotion I feel.

I see and hear things that make me feel joy.

As I laugh more and more each day.

Each time I smile I release endorphins my happy hormones.

Making me feel content and cheerful.

I radiate confidence and joy.

As I let go of limiting beliefs.

I am self assured,

Resilient and courageous.

This newfound happiness makes me feel ecstatic.

Happy and grateful for what I have in my life.

Finding love and happiness in the world around me.

All these positive messages are now firmly embedded in your subconscious mind and they'll grow stronger and stronger day by day.

Stronger by the day,

Stronger by the hour and stronger by the minute.

And when you're ready you'll gently emerge from your state of relaxation.

Open your eyes feeling fully awake,

Refreshed and alert.
