Your nervous system has been holding a lot. Overstimulation, emotional intensity, the constant input of the world - it builds in the body, often without a clear way to release. This 10-minute meditation is designed to help you regulate your nervous system and gently discharge that excess intensity. You’ll be guided through a grounding breath pattern that draws attention into the body and down toward the earth, allowing what feels overwhelming to move, rather than stay stuck. Instead of pushing through or shutting down, you begin to work with your system. As the breath deepens, the body starts to soften. The charge lowers. A steadier center returns. This practice is especially supportive when you feel overwhelmed, overstimulated or like you’re carrying more than you can hold.
