Your gut feelings restore you are beauty you are bountiful you are not a burden life is fast life is full lives need rest let's connect by reconnecting within ourselves to heal to love to nurture our vagus nerve the wanderer reconnect all our life organs our minds our hearts our guts let's tap in reconnect restore reclaim breathe in deep feel your life your love for yourself and your love for others because you are power you are light you are your earning inspiration and your glorious healing worth you have nowhere else you need to be reconfirm your worthiness to self while honouring this time you spend alone feeling deep digging deep finding calm your body deserves rest to digest and restore lower your shoulders release your jaw soften your limbs unfarrow your brow and in doing so unwind your worries release your knots find a warm loving glow in whichever colour finds your heart play with it brighten it move the light where you need it to go empower yourself with your own shining power love yourself feel your worth release your worries resentments fears anger watch them slide through you released and relieved that wonderful radiant energy just lift your weapon unwound untied moved on let go let's build resilience reveries foster relaxation and encourage rest in our bodies because we are love we deserve love we are space we deserve space we are passion held tight by our own love and sacred time spent within ourselves repeat after me i am light you are gentle bright relaxation rippled through your body reconnecting the paths that need to be restored repeat after me i am calm you are calm twinkling through the signs the bones the loving universe of growth of healing of life within you you are the embodiment of thriving sacred life you hold an entire ecosystem within you constant connections energy love to keep your systems powering just so you can be honor this by reconnecting resting loving and healing because my love you're worthy you always were you always will be rest and digest my loves reconnect your forgotten parts and let's heal now let's come back together wiggle your fingers wiggle your toes smile let your body know its journey continues with a brighter light let's lead to the scene
