Welcome to your gut feelings.

Reconnection.

If this is new or newish for you.

Welcome.

Acknowledge yourself and the beginnings of the journey.

If you've returned,

Then acknowledge this space and time that you've given for yourself.

Meditation is a practice.

A practice that will continue and take you on a beautiful journey.

It's reconnection.

It's space.

It's time.

It's sacred.

And above all else,

It's necessary.

Connection to self.

An acknowledgement of the pathways within our life.

Your life.

Your body's life.

All.

All.

All.

You have nowhere else to be.

Your mind is connected to your body.

Heart brain connection.

A gut brain connection.

All working and powering your dreams.

Your thoughts.

Your needs.

And your desires.

Let's reconnect.

Let's breathe.

Your breath.

Is your tool.

Your switch.

Your dial.

Your breath.

It's your empowerment.

Your comfort.

Your ankle.

Your skin color.

So let's practice.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

And hold.

Hold.

Hold.

Now slowly exhale through your mouth.

Give another gentle nudge of air.

Feel your body drop.

Relax.

Now let's hold.

Let's hold that feeling.

Hold.

Take another deep breath in through your nose.

And hold it.

Hold.

Hold.

Now slowly exhale through your mouth.

Releasing all your stress and worries.

Now let's hold.

Hold that feeling.

Hold that calm.

Your body needs to heal.

It's faith.

Your breath is the switch to tell.

Let it take a piece.

Let it take a piece.

Thank you for this practice.

Acknowledge your space.

Acknowledge your time.

Acknowledge this feeling to be able to rest and digest.

I'll speak to you next time.
