Take another slow breath in and exhale through your mouth.
Now place your attention right in the middle of your chest.
Take a deeper breath here and let it go slowly.
Let your chest soften just a little bit.
And say to yourself,
I am worthy of love and I give it freely.
Inhale one last time and exhale,
Releasing all the tension,
All the resentment that doesn't have to be there anymore.
Let's bring your attention now to your throat.
Breathe in and release it.
Think of something you have been holding back.

Now say to yourself,
My voice matters.
Take another deep,
Slow breath in and release.
We are now moving on to the space between your eyebrows.
Breathe in gently,
Let fresh energy come in and let it go.
There is a part of you that already knows the answers.
Trust it.
And say to yourself,
I trust myself.
Take another slow breath in and exhale.
Finally,
Bring your attention all the way to the top of your head.
Take one big breath in and release it completely.
Feel yourself connected to something bigger,
Something that's always been there for you.
Say to yourself,
I am connected to something far greater than myself.
Take another last breath in and let it all go.
Gently wiggle your fingers,
Feel your feet on the floor and when you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
