Hello,
I'm so glad you are here.
Right now,
In this moment,
You made a choice to come back to yourself and that matters more than you know.
Find a comfortable position.
Sitting is best with your spine gently upright.
Rest your hands on your knees or your lap,
However it feels natural,
And gently close your eyes.
Take a slow breath in through your nose and let it go.
Do that again and one more time.
Breathe in and release.
We are going to take a little journey today,
Through your body,
Through your energy centers.
Think of them as little homes of light sitting inside you,
From the base of your spine all the way to the top of your head.
We are just going to visit each one,
Say a quiet hello and send it some love.
That's it,
Simple as that.
No pressure here,
No doing it perfectly,
Just you,
Showing up for yourself.
Bring your awareness all the way down to the base of your spine,
To the very root of you.
This is your first energy center,
The place that holds your sense of safety,
Your belonging,
Your right to be here.
Take a breath and feel the weight of your body,
The ground beneath you,
The chair or floor holding you up.
Breathe into this place and silently say to yourself,
I bless this part of me.
I am safe.
I belong.
Let that land,
Let it really sink in.
You don't have to earn your place in this world.
You already have one.
Let this center fill with the warm,
Deep red light,
Like the earth,
Like roots reaching deep.
Take another breath in and release.
Now,
Move your attention up just a little to your lower belly,
Just below your navel.
This is your second energy center,
The home of your creativity,
Your emotions,
Your joy and your pleasure.
This is the part of you that feels things deeply,
That laughs hard and cries when something moves you.
That part is a gift.
Breathe the warm orange light into this space,
Bringing fresh energy and say to yourself,
I bless this part of me.
I am allowed to feel,
To create,
To enjoy being alive.
Let this area soften.
You don't have to hold everything together right now.
Just breathe and let this center open like a warm flame coming back to life.
Take another slow breath in and release.
Bring your attention now to your stomach area,
Your solar plexus,
Right around your upper abdomen.
This is your power center,
Your confidence,
Your sense of self,
That quiet inner voice that says,
I've got this.
Maybe that voice has been turned down lately and that's okay.
We are turning it back up.
Breathe a bright golden yellow light into your belly and silently say to yourself,
I bless this part of me.
I trust myself.
I am capable.
I have everything I need inside of me.
Feel this space warm up like the sun coming up.
This is where your courage lives.
Let it shine.
Take another slow breath in and release.
Now move gently to the center of your chest,
Your heart.
Take a moment here.
This is your fourth energy center,
The bridge between your body and your spirit,
The place that knows how to love and that needs love too.
Take a deep breath and send it straight to your heart.
Think of one moment,
Just one,
Where you felt truly loved or truly at peace.
Let that feeling rise up and fill your chest and say this to yourself.
I bless this part of me.
I open my heart.
I am worthy of love and I have so much to give.
Let a soft green light fill your chest from the inside.
Let it spill out a little.
It's safe to let your heart be open here.
Take another slow breath in and release it.
Now bring your awareness up to your throat.
Take a soft swallow and notice this area.
This is your fifth energy center,
The home of your voice,
Your truth,
Your ability to express what's real inside of you.
How often do we swallow what we really want to say?
How often do we shrink so others can feel big?
Not here,
Not in this space.
Breathe a clear sky blue light into your throat.
Let that fresh energy in and say to yourself,
I bless this part of me.
I am allowed to speak.
My voice matters.
Feel this center open like a window letting fresh air in.
You have something to say and the world needs to hear it.
Take another slow breath in and exhale.
Let's continue our journey.
Now bring your attention to the space between your eyebrows,
Your third eye.
This is your sixth energy center,
Your intuition,
Your inner knowing,
That gut feeling that's never really wrong.
This is the part of you that sees beyond what's obvious,
That picks up on things before your mind can even explain them.
Breathe in a deep indigo light into that space.
Let the fresh energy come in.
And say to yourself,
I bless this part of me.
I trust what I know.
I see myself clearly.
I am guided.
Let this energy center become still and clear like a calm lake at night.
All the answers that you're looking for,
They are already in there.
You just need to get quiet enough to hear them.
Take another deep breath in and release.
And finally,
All the way to the very top of your head,
Your crown,
Your seventh energy center.
This is the place where you meet something bigger than yourself.
Call it a universe,
A God,
Energy,
Love,
Whatever word feels right to you.
This is where you remember that you're not alone.
You are part of something bigger.
Breathe in a soft violet light into the top of your head.
And say to yourself,
I bless this part of me.
I am connected.
I am supported.
I am more than this body,
More than this moment.
Let those words sink in.
Now all the light flows through all the seven centers,
From your crown all the way back down to your roots.
One long ray of light connecting everything,
All of you.
Now come back gently.
Take a deep,
Full breath in.
Hold it for just a moment and let it go slowly.
You did something really beautiful today.
You took the time to come back to yourself,
To check in,
To send a little love to every corner of your being.
And this is not small,
This is everything.
When you're ready,
Start to feel your hands again.
Maybe wiggle your fingers.
Slowly blink your eyes open,
Letting the light come in.
Carry this with you today.
You are not broken.
You are not behind.
You are a human being with light inside of you.
And sometimes all it takes is a quiet moment to remember that.
I'll see you next time.
Take good care of yourself.
You deserve it.
