I am Sally and just feel free to relax wherever you are right now.
Standing,
Sitting,
Lying down,
Not driving or using any vehicle to go somewhere.
Just relax where you are right now.
Your eyes can stay open or close on one moment you will realize it doesn't matter at all.
It's always connected everything.
So just arrive in the moment where you are.
Take an inhale and an exhale.
No need to change anything.
Just be aware.
Be aware of the now.
It is like your ice cream and it's so hot outside so you're just melting into the moment,
Into your being and it's melting.
It's like an mmm.
It can dive into every cell.
Fear into your brain,
Into your head.
Are there still a lot of thoughts going on?
That's okay.
Just let them come and go.
Everything can be no need to change.
If your mind wanders away you will still get the full power of the meditation.
So feel into your mind.
And from here slowly wander the way down.
Is your face fully aware?
Where are your eyes,
Inside,
Outside,
Watching inner thoughts or something outside?
Just get aware of it.
Relax your jaw.
Feel your breath.
And come with your awareness to your hands,
To your fingers.
Do you feel already tinkling or just heat?
We are always communicating with our own energy flow.
Even it seems like we are doing nothing.
There's so much happening.
Just because you are here.
The magic of just being.
Realize your hands.
And from the awareness here jump to the awareness of your feet.
How is your grounding?
Are you also feeling tingling or warmth in your feet or nothing?
Just get aware of it.
How is your grounding?
Are you deeply connected with your body?
With all the sensations?
Come all the way up your legs,
Feel in your buttock,
Your spine.
And get aware of the floor,
Of the pillow or just of the clothes and the fabrics you are wearing on your body.
How are they feeling?
From the sensation outside you will have something inside.
How does it feel?
How is your breath?
It's also your connection from the outside to the inside.
As deep,
As shallow,
Quick or super gentle.
No need to change.
Just trust,
Melt in the moment.
Surrender.
It is like there are stones but you are liquid like water and you are just flowing around the stones through the river.
You just find your way.
Everything can be.
And you are just allowing it to happen.
Just by melting into yourself.
You allow your whole nervous system,
Your whole body to relax and healing is happening on its own.
Isn't that super magical?
Enjoy this moment of just being you.

Feel it.
