Hello my dears,
I'm Sally and welcome to holiday for the heart.
Today our meditation is all about freedom.
If you feel isolated,
There's a lot of anxiety,
You feel lonely less and like completely cut off from the world.
And this meditation is for you to invite again more freedom.
The space when you look at the ocean and it's endless.
No limitations,
Just pure freedom.
For this feeling I invite you to join me right now.
Find your position where you want to be right now.
Your spine is long and elongated.
Hold your shoulders up and back.
Relax your face.
Take a deep inhale and gently close your eyes.
Once the exhale drop deeper,
Deeper into yourself.
How is your breath flowing?
Just get aware of yourself where you are right now.
There's a reason why you choose this guided meditation.
So allow yourself to see yourself and feel yourself where you are right now.
And dive into this feeling.
Is it isolation,
The loneliness,
Feeling alone,
Feeling anxiety or fear?
Whatever it is,
What limits you,
What pulls you down,
Where the darkness or negative thoughts are.
Allow it to feel it.
Keep breathing and allow yourself to be.
How does it feel in your body?
Is it a special body part?
Like somebody is pressing you down.
It might even feel heavy that you can't breathe really deeply or free.
Allow this feeling.
Keep breathing in and out and fear.
The more you really accept where you are right now,
The bigger the transformation will be and it will happen.
So keep really diving into this loneliness,
The isolation.
And to see it even more,
Imagine that you are in a present.
There are a lot of rods around you.
You can look through,
But you can't go through.
The rods are all around you,
Above you,
In front of you,
Below you,
Behind you,
All around you.
It's a real present of rods.
And which color do they have?
Are they more dark?
Which material?
How heavy they are?
Are they smooth or are they having like thorns?
How do they look?
Keep looking,
Keep seeing them.
They might be heavy,
Dark,
Black,
Metallic.
It's no way to just go through them.
They are all around you.
And how are you?
Are you standing in the middle,
Super proud?
Or are you more small,
Tiny?
Are you like a victim,
Like a prisoner inside?
Allow everything,
Keep breathing.
You are almost there.
Really feel it,
See it.
And while you are feeling it,
The more you allow it to really where you are.
There is something happening,
An element is coming to you.
And allow your creativity to take over.
Your heart knows how to allow freedom.
So which element is it?
Is it the water,
The air,
The fire,
The earth or something else?
Which element is yours?
Is coming to you?
And is it coming through the rods or is it coming from within you?
Allow it.
It's like a small seed of the earth.
It's like a drop of water or like the spark of a fire or like a sense of air of the wind which is inside of you arising and uplifting you from within.
It can start really gentle but it increases its frequency.
It's getting more and more.
Maybe your body also wants to move a bit.
Allow it to happen.
Allow the freedom of your inner wisdom.
Your body is so intelligent.
So allow it to happen.
Allow the element to really flow.
If it's the water,
Feel your blood circulation.
Feel your heart.
With so much love it's pumping the blood into every cell bringing you the activation,
The life force.
Or is it more the air?
You breathe in with so much more ease.
You feel how the air is nurturing your system.
There is with every inhale a bit more sense of freedom,
Of openness.
Or is it the earth that you feel your whole body more stable,
More safe in your cell?
Is it the fire?
You see the spark.
Your pure passion inside of you.
What keeps you going?
What keeps you running?
And hoping.
Allow it to get more,
Even more and more and more.
With every inhale you feel how your heart opens.
And the more you're inside,
Allow it here to happen.
It just takes over.
Maybe your body is moving more.
It can be like an internal dance,
Moving to the outside.
Allow it.
And the more you allow it,
It uplifts you.
You feel more light,
More ease.
And increase it even more.
It might be also more bright.
Like the sun is shining so pure,
So warm.
It heats you up inside.
And when you fully feel this uplifting,
This already more freedom,
You see there are still the roots,
The present around you.
But now you see it in another view.
And you just watch it.
And you see and you feel the change inside of you.
And this is also changing the outside.
You see how they get more thin and thinner and even thinner.
They change the colors.
Allow it to happen.
Use your imagination.
See it.
And feel also how it feels in your body when you watch.
The roots are changing.
They might even transform into butterflies and fly away.
Or melting into the ground.
Like water just takes them away.
Or like a tree when it's old.
It's just losing its material and going into the ground.
Or burning into the flames.
How are your surroundings melting?
How can you allow more freedom there?
See it.
It's happening.
And feel it in your body.
Wow.
How beautiful you can breathe freely.
Everything is open.
There is so much space around you.
Feel it inside.
How free can you breathe in and out?
Allow it to happen.
Take a few more breaths to fully increase your breathing of freedom.
Beautiful.
With this pure awareness of freedom of the space and openness,
I slowly invite you to come back.
But keep this feeling,
This joy of openness.
Come back to your body,
To your space,
To the time.
Where are you?
How are you?
Feel your feet,
Your legs,
Your whole body.
When you fully arrived back here,
Slowly open your eyes,
But stay focused with the feeling of freedom inside.
And to invite it even more into your life,
Into your daily routines,
I invite you whenever you see,
Especially today.
And it might be as little as you to see a butterfly flying around you.
Invite all the senses of freedom,
Everything what reminds you of a little piece of more freedom.
Take a moment.
Stop there.
See it.
Close your eyes.
Feel the freedom.
It might be even watching a plant,
How it grows,
How the color is.
There's always abundance around you,
Everywhere,
Especially in the nature.
So invite all the little moments of freedom to make them more and more.
It's all about your awareness,
Where you focus on.
Focus on what makes you happy,
What gives you freedom.
