But what is if you feel weak and soft inside, as vulnerable as a newborn baby, what if you have this feeling? With this meditation, I want to inspire you to allow your soft side as well and even gain new strength from it. You know, expressing weakness is not only powerful but also very attractive.

Welcome my love.

You're so welcome today.

If you're a man or a woman,

We both have the masculine energy within us.

And this meditation is especially built up to show that you don't need to be always strong to dive into your vulnerability,

To allow yourself to feel on the ground and down,

To rise up of these ashes into a newer,

Stronger,

More courage,

Masculine energy,

Where you take again action,

Where you're strong and can hold everything.

And to allow yourself now to be vulnerable and to go on this journey into the depths.

I invite you to close your eyes.

Breathe in.

Feel your body and exhale.

Allow to drop inside,

Arrive in the fully present right now.

And each sound will bring you deeper into your present now.

Allow to relax your face,

To relax your shoulders.

Especially for men,

It is said that they take all all the problems,

All the things on the shoulders.

So it's a time to relax into death.

Relax your mind.

You don't need to figure out everything with thinking or with action.

You can just allow yourself to be right now.

And slowly start to move.

It can be tiny tiny movements.

They can be a bit bigger,

Circles or forward,

Backward,

Whichever kind of movement your body wants to do.

Allow it to get more soft from within and move with the flow.

Feel your breath guiding the movement.

And while you are starting to move in your own rhythm,

I invite you to invite a situation.

A situation where you felt it was put on you like with a label.

You need to be strong.

You need to do this.

You need to rock it.

You have to show up.

You have to be there.

This is your part of the relationship.

This is your part of the family.

This is what we want you to be,

How to behave.

And you were there,

But like actually inside you were,

You couldn't hold it.

It was too much.

You felt weak inside and you felt you you can't hold this the strong energy you can't.

It's too much.

And then start to say no.

How does it feel?

Maybe you were super sad and you needed just a hug from someone.

And allow all the feelings to arise.

Allow them now of each situation which came up in your field right now.

Allow it to fully embrace this emotion one more time and this time you allow yourself to go into this feeling.

Maybe feeling alone,

Feeling weak,

Feeling you need support,

Feeling struggling,

Feeling you're on the ground.

Maybe even your body and the movement wants to move to the ground.

Maybe you start to cry,

Let it flow.

Allow it,

Go into the grief and if it's the opposite of grief,

If it's the rage,

If it's the anger what comes up then jump up,

Express this.

Go where you're feeling your body takes you right now,

And if it's still the grief dive into it.

Feel it in your belly,

Feel it where you feel it even in your heart space,

In your face,

In your shoulders.

Where does your body,

Expressing it,

Dive into it,

Allow to feel,

To move,

Move this sadness,

Move this anger,

Whatever comes there and if it's changing from one to the other allow it.

If you get super angry then really jump up,

Express it.

It's like even shaking your hands,

Like releasing or like hitting the pillow.

How are you expressing it right now?

Go into it and really breathe a deep in and express it one more time and another more.

A few more moments to really really allow yourself to dive into it.

Come on you can do it.

If it's the sadness go deeper,

Go deeper.

If it's the anger,

Even pronounced anger or sadness voice it out and from the deepest,

Deepest roots.

Feel if there is more to come.

Or if it's slowly time to get into a movement of integration.

If your body is inviting the integration already,

Follow it.

It can get more soft,

More centering,

The spine is more long and elongated again.

Then do it,

Follow your body's intuition.

Your body is so smart and it doesn't need to hold the energy which is not meant to be,

To behold.

Allow yourself to integrate this process of healing,

Of expression.

They will open up more too.

And once you feel safe with them,

You can open up more to more and more whenever it feels right for you.

There is so much magic and showing when you are vulnerable.
