Have you ever wondered what the signs and symptoms of inner peace are? Within the filing cabinet of the therapy room belonging to my deceased friend, Jenny, I found some notes suggesting what inner peace might look like. "A loss of interest in conflict" is suggested along with other ideas. In her memory, I wish to share her beautiful wisdom and humour. She was one of life's gems.
