Today's meditation will remind us who we are in these difficult moments.

I want you to take a comfortable position in a place where you can focus and listen to your breathing.
A moment that's yours.
A moment that you can think about the things that are around you.
The people,
The noises,
Your heartbeat.
This is a really special moment in our lives.
A moment where focusing and paying attention to all those details come to front stage.
This is a moment that you will be reminded of certain feelings you've gone through.
People that you've missed.
For some it might be worrying about the future.
Will I get through this?
Is my friend going to make it?
Well,
I'm here to share something really comforting.
I have experienced this feeling of worry.
I have experienced this feeling of loneliness several times in my life for various reasons.
And one thing I can assure you is that there's always light at the end of the tunnel.
The distancing sometimes brings us closer.
So take this time to dive in.
Go a little bit deeper this time.
Think about what matters most to you.
Feel your body.
Let your heart beat in a different way.
In a way that you connect within.
And you express to it what you truly,
Truly desire on an emotional level.
I kind of wanted the noises from outside to be heard in this little audio.
To show you that I'm present.
That there are things going around.
There's movement outside.
Even though there is a lockdown.
We are here together.
You are not alone.
We are all experiencing uncertainty.
Trust in your higher self.
The one that gives you the best.

The one that finds solutions.
The one that always tells you,
Take a deep breath,
It's okay.
We'll get through this.
Lean on a family member.
Call a friend.
Write your thoughts.

Feel the water splashing on your skin.
Walk slowly.
Feel the weight of your body.
Focus on love and surrender.
I have a message for you today.
You're not alone.
This is a time to connect.
This is a time to reflect.
This is a time to look at the person you have in front of you.
This is a time to think about the person that is far away.
Nature is breathing these days.
The birds are singing.
The plants are growing and everything is moving.
I'd like you to take a deep breath and feel the depth of it.
And I want you to close your eyes and think of something that makes you happy.
Bring it to your mind.
And as you think about it,
Think about getting closer to this.
And let the feeling just go through your whole body.
Now I'm going to ask you to ask for something from the universe.
From something bigger and greater than you.
From God,
From the stars.
Send your request.
And let this message stay with you.
Open your heart.
