Find the place where you feel comfortable. This can be anywhere. Maybe on the couch, On the floor or in your bed. Slowly close your eyes. Take a deep breath in. All the way to your belly. And a slow breath out. One more time. Deep breath in. And out. Imagine you are in the middle of the savannah. You can hear the birds and the rustling of the wind in the trees and bushes that surround you. In the far far distance, You can even see a giraffe. What a stunning and powerful place. All of a sudden, You notice a big beautiful rock in front of you. The perfect place to sit. You walk towards the rock and sit down. You can feel the warmth of the rock enter your body. It flows slowly through your feet, Your legs and your belly. All the way to your heart. You can feel the warmth of the evening sun on your skin. A raise of sunlight warm up the crown of your head, Your forehead, Your throat and your heart. Now let the warmth of the rock and the evening sun flow through your body. You can make it as warm and comfortable as you want. Imagine that the warmth of the rays of the sun and the heat of the rock lighten a little fire in your heart. This is your fire. It will always be there and you can decide how big you want the fire to be. It can be a small cozy fire or an enormous fire with beautiful orange flames. Remember, It's your fire. You can always come here to this place inside you if you need some extra warmth and energy. How does the fire make you feel? Does it feel good the way it is? Or do you need to change it a bit? Feel what feels right for you. When the fire burns exactly the way you want it to burn, You spread the heat of the fire through your body. From your heart to your arms to your hands to your belly, Your legs and your feet into your back, Your shoulders, Your chest, All the way to the top of your head. And when you're spreading the warmth of the fire through your body, You can tell yourself softly, I am powerful and lively like fire. Repeat it to yourself three times. And when you feel that the warmth of the fire has warmed up all the parts of your body, You can start wakening your feet and fingers and slowly open your eyes. Have a lively and energetic remainder of your day.
